“There was a problem with a candle I was given for my birthday, and Jemma at Aery could not have been more helpful! She was so helpful and friendly, replied quickly and sorted out a replacement for me as soon as it came back in stock, even though I didn't have the receipt. The new candle arrived yesterday and I can't wait to use it. Thank you Jemma!”

“The products are divine. I always struggle to find a diffuser I can actually smell in a large room and this is the best I hade found. All the scents are beautiful and candle bur great. I had an issue with a damaged diffuser and the customer service was great.They have a number you can actually speak to someone on and they sent me a new one straight away.”

“I received excellent customer service regarding my first order from Aery. The team were great to deal with and speedy to respond. I ordered two diffusers and they smell wonderful, great quality and easy to use. I will definitely order from this company again. I found them through a recommendation from a friend’s Interior designer and when I entered her new house it smelt like a luxury hotel and I’m now enjoying the same.”

“Aery by far exceeded my expectations. I ordered 1 candle and 2 diffusers. Everything was beautifully and sustainably packaged, with no plastic in sight. The reusable diffuser bottles are stunning and well made, and the scents fill up the room. Even the small candle, which hasn’t been lit yet, is giving off a lovely aroma. Would highly recommend Aery products, and will be ordering more! My eye is on the hand soap next!”
