“It is a reasonably good system for booking but the points system can’t be used on all bookings. I haven’t been able to use it at all on any Australian bookings. Also some of my reasent bookings would have been cheaper if I booked directly with hotel.”
“I had 2 bookings under my name when I check in to Centre Point Pratunam Hotel. When I check in, the receptionist say that it will be difficult for them to receive payment from AGODA if 2 bookings of same name. So on the spot asked me to send email to Agoda to amend one of the booking to my friend’s name. Very troublesome. Wasted a lot of time when checking in.”
