And I have a suggestion about client service. If agoda has online client service, that would be better for dealing with some questions in time.”
“I have pretty good experience with you folks except for when traveling to Malaysia, I notice there is plenty private affiliated booking agents acting as Agoda and when the booking was made to Agoda these private parties try to take me to different locations or different Hotels. Other bad experience is that I cumulated approximately $480.00 as gift credit and some reason it got wipe out and I never bother complain to you guys (Agoda). Other than that you guys are pretty good and up and up.

“All these years since 2009 I been a very satisfied user of Agoda but a recent booking at Amsterdam make me feel very disappointed. I booked a deluxe suite at Hotel2Stay Amsterdam but when we check in, the hotel said we just booked a king room which is much smaller. Before the trip I have called Agoda to confirmed our room type and Agoda agent had reaffirmed our room and even sent us a confirmation email. I am really disappointed that we pay the suite room for a higher price but we didn’t get the room type we booked. Called Agoda agent a few times in Amsterdam using our IDD call but all can’t solve the problem. Our reference number is 261611661. I am still in the middle of my travel and intend to call agoda regarding this matter.”
