“Simple and efficient handling of my claim. No hidden charges, I can highly recommend these guys, if you are unfortunate enough to have your flight delayed for more than 3 hours.”

“It was a long process as easy jet disputed my claim and it ended up in court. Very pleased to say that air delay won it for us and was compensated for all four passengers so would definitely recommend air delay thankyou”

“Big airlines do not want to be bothered with customers when things go wrong. A call to Air Delay and within a few weeks we received a very satisfactory cheque for the delay we experienced. Without Air Delay I believe we would still be waiting. Thank you Air Delay, well worth your fee”

“Having previously attempted twice to get Thomas Cook airline to compensate us for an awful 36 hour delay. We chose Air Delay due to their more reasonable fee charges. The company kept us updated throughout the procedure and within 2 months finally got us what we were due. Highly recommend this company.”
