“after several attempts with letters/phone calls to thomson i decided to just give up with claim and put it down to just unlucky.however after spotting air delay online i decided to give them a chance, and the end result was successful.I could not be happier with air delay and the way they acted.”

“We went to Air Delay after getting no joy from the airline having been delayed in excess of 7 hours. As the airline is based in Europe it took a bit longer than UK claims but Air Delay did it and we received our cheques a couple of weeks ago and far more than we were expecting so thank you Air Delay”
