“contacted air delay, they asked for the details, then they did the rest,next thing I received a letter with the cheques enclosed. it did take a little longer than expected,but still a good outcome. Im HAPPY.”

“I struggled to solve this myself and was fed up with all the bumph I received from the company at fault! So I decided to let Air Delay take over and see if they had any more success. This was quick and easy and only took about 3 weeks in which time all my group got some money back. Thank you, Elaine.”

“Was a great service! Gave some details of flight we were on in 2011 which was delayed 11 hours, Airdelay came back 5 months letter with the full amount of compensation for my husband, my two sons and me amounting to Euro's 2,400. I tried unsuccessfully for two years myself so had given up hope. Well done Air Delay!”

“I saw an advert in Facebook regarding delayed flight, and thought I have nothing to loose!! I just filled in the information and left it in your your hands. We had a nice surprise when we came back of holiday and two cheques were waiting for us. I would not hesitate to use you again and would defiantly recommend you to family & friends.”

“They were quick at replying to any query, before and during the claim. It is a high percentage the company takes but some travel companies won't reply/deal with your claim if you do it yourself, therefore it is worth it.”

“Very easy to deal with Airdelay. I had tried myself to get a refund and couldn't even get the company involved to acknowledge my letters so I was very pleased when I finally did get some compensation back.”

“Alex very helpful with claim. Took a while but got claim eventually. Had to initiate the email with Butterworths a few times in order to find out where my claim was up to. Happy with 25% of my claim to go to Air Delay because otherwise I would not have bothered with it.”
