When I first submitted my claim I was very pleased how quickly they came back to me. I must admit I grew sceptical at one stage as nothing seemed to be happening and I was not receiving any updates. However once the claim was placed in the hands of the lawyers things did start to move and I was highly delighted to receive a cheque recently and am glad I submitted the claim

This company dealt with our claim in an efficient manner. Once they had all the paperwork they took on our claim and got us our compensation, well worth the 25% fee.

Overall experience was very good, though did have to prompt for payment, when I was told the funds had only recently arrived. The funds then went straight into my account, so very happy with overall service.

12 people in our party all delayed, started our claim back in August, everyone else paid out within a few weeks, my claim took 6 months, apparently the airline were disputing the claim even though everyone else in our party on the same flight had been paid out. Alex at Air delay was fantastic from start to finish, kept me up to speed with everything.

Thomson would not entertain us when we tried to get compensation for our 10 hour delay. It had to go to court but worth it in the end received a cheque for £422.85 yesterday .

A good service. I would have awarded 5* but when I called in a Wednesday for an update I was told someone would contact me the next day, I was sent an email stating I had won the case and they had received the money on the Monday.

Great that the case was won. I would have given a Very Good rating except that there were times I did not have a clue as to what was happening, probably because nothing was. It was as if I was forgotten about, maybe an automated email service which says something along the lines of 'we haven't forgotten about you, your case is still progressing and as soon as we have any news we will be in contact', which could be sent out on a Friday should there be no contact Monday-Thursday on all live cases.

Replied to this ad through Facebook. Quick response from Alex at Air Delay and all correspondence afterwards was through e-mail. I still had all the details of our delay so submitted them and was advised that our claim had gone straight to the solicitors. Took around 3 months to complete and found out the solicitors submit the claims at the end of the month so found I had to chase for a couple of months. Got full compensation for 5 adults travelling and upgrading on Thomson Dreamliner to Mexico. Remember they pay out in Euro and not Sterling. I chased again on Friday 4th Dec and the response was money was deposited to Air Delay on Thurs 3rd Dec so money was available by bank transfer. I was extremely hesitant about giving my bank details on-line and had also read reviews on Facebook that Air Delay could send through a cheque. On-line also had positive feedback so I opted for on-line banking and the funds were deposited into my bank account within 5 mins. E-mail sent straight after the transfer advising break down of costs. Good service apart from it was always me having to chase for an update. Thank you

Got some money back from our delayed flight really quickly, though they did take a hefty chunk...but you can't get something for nothing, can you?

Efficient service,good results,but be aware that settlement is in euros and therefore a lot less after commision.nonetheless any compensation is better than none and this company worked for me where others failed.

I was recommended Air Delay by a friend and I was contacted by them as soon as I left my initial message. Other than supply the details, I had absolutely no work to do, just sit and wait while 'Alex' kept me updated at each step. There was a delay in receiving my funds, this was due to a fault with Thomas Cook, not Air Delay and Alex informed me of this immediately. Every service has a price, this was unexpected money for me so both parties gained in the financial sense. My thanks to Alex, you were an excellent operator. Ronda
