The parking system is very good but the price for one day is extortionate when compared to what I would have paid for a week.

Arrived earlier than anticipated but no problems getting in. Felt it was a bit expensive for what it offered. Peeved that had to find ticket to exit, no technology to work on number plate possible?

We have only booked through you and not used the service yet so difficult to state our opinion just yet. The survey may be better sent out after the facility has been used.

Past experience with Airparks at Luton and Gatwick has been excellent every time. The experience at Stanstead was not so good. No point of contact for Airparks to be found, basically booking long term parking would have been exactly the same. Long, tedious and confusing transfer back to my car.

I found leftover cookie piece that someone had obviously eaten in my car while changing its parked location. That's not acceptable.

The really annoying thing about verifying your parking voucher at Leeds Bradford airport is that the information desk is at the opposite end of the airport. You would think it would be logical and sensible to site this in the arrivals hall. But no. It seems that everything at Leeds Bradford airport is done for the convenience of the owners however inconvenient it is for the traveller.

Very difficult to print off voucher, you need to make it fool proof.

Have used several times now, first time was fantastic but since has not measured up and this last time was the worst! From making my call as instructed after collecting my bags we had to wait 40mins for our car. I do not consider this a "meet n greet" service. We could have got the bus transfer n been on our way quicker! This then had a knock on effect for our homeward journey onto Dorset picking up rush hour traffic! Sorry but not good enough!! The car had been cleaned when we left it with you but had a really heavy coating of what looked like builders dust when we picked it up. And I mean heavy! John Robinson

We were looking for the signs for Air Parks which does not exsist we should have been told to go Jet parks long stay no 4 Thanks Linda Redfern

Once I finally found the long stay car park and went through the barriers, signage for available spaces was poor. It was 4am so very dark and it was also raining, and it took a while of driving around to find an area near a bus stop with available spaces. Additionally, although empty, several buses drove straight past the bus stop, which was full with passengers, some of which had to stand out in the rain. Once on the bus, the transfer to the airport was fine.

The parking - and finding the care park - were fine and the bus to the terminal was prompt. The let down though was the wait to go back to the car park which was lengthy despite my call, and there was another person there who said she had already been waiting a long time.

The directions given where not correct. It tells you to go left at the roundabout where it should tell you to go straight! There were Lots of ramps to encounter with your luggage before you get into the main checking in area which I found inconvenient. The exit of the car park was not clearly signed. Overall was disappointed considering the fees charged.

Shuttle transfer was fast and efficient. The service was much better when the car was brought out of the car park ready for you at the end of the holiday. I was travelling with my daughter and baby grandson and I had to go to the back of the car park in the dark along a muddy path to retrieve my car. When I reached the exit I found that there was no pick up point to load the cases and passengers back into the car so I had to abandon my car and go to get them. I think it would be better if there was a pick up point as well as a drop off point. I have used this air park for many years but am now thinking of trying the other one just along the road to see if it is any better.

Arrived home last night, enormous queue for busses no buses arrived at T2 for ten minutes, then five arrived for various different car parks, there is no organisation at the terminal regarding where one should wait so total chaos with tempers flaring. May be outside your control I don't know. Our first poor experience and hopefully just a glitch

Finding the appropriate ar park on arrival at East Midlands is fine but there are no indications when one returns how to find the car park link bus. My wife and I followed the signs from departure to the long term parks but these were quite wrong for the bus links.. You need better directions to help customers the get to the bus-link to the cars parks. Other passengers were having the same problem!

This was not what I expected from a meet and greet. Expected help with bags on departure and arrival, not something more like returning or picking up a hire car. In the context of that lesser service it was reasonably efficient

CONFUSING TO GET IN CAR PARK BECAUSE NUMBER PLATE WAS NOT RECOGNISED, AS USUAL CAR PARK WAS TOTALLY PACKED BUT FOUND A SPACE AFTER DRIVE AROUND.

The automatic number plate reader that issues the ticket for pre booked / online booked parking STILL does not work. This causes a delay on return as I have to have the incomplete ticket validated before I can get out. This is becoming a major frustration as I travel twice per month
