A decent service but for a complete service you could do with some loaders to help the elderly and weak with their suitcases, apart from that all good. I would not want loaders though if it increased your prices ;) tricky one.

Once again the token wasn't dispensed and i had to contact the helpline and give my booking reference to get it issued........is there an issue with the booking system, the automated plate recognition or just my car!?

I pre-paid for my car but had trouble when I tried to leave the car park. As my ticket was rejected, I had to press the help button. On giving my details, I was told that the automated number plate recognition system clears bookings after 30 days. My booking was 31 days. Surely the details should stay on file until AFTER the end date?

on arrival at gatwick it was not clear where the turning for the long stay parking was we had to go around as missed turning. on arrival at the barrier the attendant was not clear if we were at the right car park but let us in. parking spaces were hard to find would of been helpful for an attendant to show where parking spaces are located. Busses were quick & frequent on both outbound & return. Service desk on the exit were very good. Overall was ok & would use again.

All good . However I always have to press for help after inserting my prepaid ticket in the machine . It's no problem but it always happens .

Glad we booked ahead as it was very full. You take a ticket on the way in which I assumed you needed to exit but you didn't so am not entirely certain how secure it is using just ANPR. Also some idiot had parked so close to us the drivers door was completely inaccessible so clearly badly parked cars are not removed as the signs stated. Climbing into your car at 1am after a long flight is not what we wanted. No major issues though and the car was as we left it. Overall I would say OK but underwhelming.

Buses very regular however there was absolutely nowhere to park and nobody to ask-people were removing tape and and cones from corderned off areas and parking on the pavement

My token did not work on leaving. Had call for assistance as I was being asked to pay £108

Changed the entrance system had to go through the short stay car park to get to long stay 2,quite a few other people had the same problem.Prices seem to be creeplng up

Very hard to contact by phone without being charged an enormous amount for the phone call that no one answered.

This is the second time that we have used this car park. On both occasions everything has gone off smoothly. We will no doubt use them again in the future. My only complaint is that it is too expensive. It isn't much more expensive than the competition. They are all too expensive.

We have, in the past had excellent service from Airparks. However on this occasion it was awkward. Mainly I suspect due to changes at the airport itself that particular day which made actually getting into the car park difficult etc etc

The 2nd year running when i have paid 56.99, the ticket on exit asks for £128.00, why will it not let me out and have to ring for assistance and qoute payment reference?? What if i had forgotten to bring that information with me, not what i want to be doing trying to exit the car park!!!!

I made an error on my car reg, when I corrected it I received my confirmation by post which states the wrong reg. I have received two emails one with the correct reg so I will print this one off, having made the correction straight away I find it a waste of money having paid for postage.

Waited over 15 minutes for the bus in the early hours of the morning and then we were the last drop off - so it took quite a long time to get to our car also we had a bit of a struggle reversing our car out of the space as another car had parked in an unofficial space

Parking easy Transport to and from terminal could have been better had to call the bus having waited 30 minutes 3 buses in other car park

All was fine on outward journey but the driver on our return was abrupt to an Asian couple. Telling them there wasn't room for them. There were seats and luggage space to spare. The driver then stopped and smoked a cigarette outside. Having just returned from USA where all the coach drivers were smart, polite, helpful to all and I never saw one having a smoke. Quite a contrast.
