I thought the cost of parking for 10 days was rather expensive. I have had cheaper rates at both Manchester and Heathrow

Fine service, parking was an easy walk from the terminal. Only issue was my receipt from the company said to follow signs to the Main Car Park but the signs at the airport all said "Long Stay Car Park" - or was it the other way round?? Either way the instructions from Airparks were different from the signs at the airport which confused me a little at the time and made me doubt which car park I needed to enter.

My only slight disappointment is that I made two bookings for two different cars but for exactlky the same period and yet the costs were different. The bookings were made within seconds of eachother. Booking ref v953H7 cost £92.24 whereas Booking ref 953W6 cost £93.77. They were both made by me using the same credit card - I would really like to understand the reason for the differenec in price.

There was quite a wait for the courtesy bus to the terminal for inbound flight but when it came the driver was extremely polite and friendly.

The overall process went well (although this should really be called 'meet and greet' when in fact it's 'leave and collect' but when I returned to my car my DartTag was missing- this is the tag that allows me to go through the Dartford Tunnel/QE2 Bridge without fumbling for change. I called the company and the tag as last used en route to the parking facility.

Barrier not working on arrival therefore no pass or ticket given for departure. Car covered in bird mess. Bus overcrowded. Fit for purpose however & despite the downfalls will use you again. Thank you.

The directions to the park were difficult to understand so we got lost trying to find the park. When the car was returned it had been parked near some trees because the windscreen was covered in sticky sap. Other than that it was all right. Thanks

The return bus was not as advertised. We arrived back I. The uk around 2:30 I. The morning and had to wait 1/2 hour for the bus. If it want for that, the service would have been excellent.

Directions to Jet park 3 were out of date. There is no roundabout for right turn. Otherwise OK.

We always use Jetparks and don't usually have any problems. Recently I pre booked on entry it didn't recognise my car registration & I couldn't scan my bar code from confirmation email, spoke to someone who let me through so no issues with that. Bus collected me within 10 mins, happy with that. However when arriving back, got straight on bus from terminal, taking us to J2, we needed bus stop no. 2 as this is where I parked. The driver drive in the car park and totally bypassed stops 1 & 2, we thought maybe he's going the other way round the car park so we waited, but then he went and drove straight back out, so we had to wait on the bus and do the whole loop again! We weren't happy. I thought the drivers were supposed to drive past all the bus stops?

I would have put Very Good but had a disappointing experience on the bus from the airport back to our car. This was the first time we had used the service and we were not aware that we had to press the button at our stop. When I asked the driver to stop saying that we missed he rudely said "How am I to know you wanted me to stop". True, but the rudeness was unnecessary. In addition, I would recommend that the driver asks each passenger where they are parked so that he gets us all to our destination faster. The driver's first stop was to Car Park A, but no one on our bus wanted to get off in car park A. It was very inefficient and not a pleasant experience after a long flight. I would recommend that the driver reminds everyone once they are on the bus that they need to press the button at their stop to get off. Apart from that, the facilities an convenience and all other staff were very good.

On departure service was great, very efficient, no problems at all. On arrival I phoned the number given 5 times before getting an answer (having sat on hold) over a half hour period. Once the bus arrived we handed in our ticket to the driver, then when arriving at the carpark our keys were not there. No major problem at all as was dealt with swiftly by a very polite gentleman, but they were delays you don't really want to have after a 12.5 hour flight with a 4 hour drive home.

Would have got a very good however the Newcastle parking only had one shuttle bus which meant we had to wait in the cold and rain until the bus made it's return trip!
