Procedure on arrival was chaotic. I appreciate that things take a bit when many people arrive at the same time. But having no process to deal with it and instead let people figure out what they should do, or who even is in charge is not really excusable. On return things went ok. Not spectacularly fast but well within what you can expect from a meet&greet service.

There was confusion over the return in that I was told to go to the place I'd dropped off. The return driver went to the lane the other side of the barrier. Needs to be clarified or better defined as to the areas

Cannot understand why i was charged extra to exit the car park when I had been given a price of £32 pounds over the phone when I booked the car park -the flight was on time and I returned to my car within the time booked

The point of meet & greet is to be quick and close to the departure door especially when it's raining!!!!! , not to park at the other side of the car park and then NOT join a queue and spending another 10 min waiting

We found the information a bit confusing and had to ring for advice also our voucher would not work but they said there was nothing they could do still don't really know where we are going have to look when go on holiday it may come clearer also it has gone up quite a lot which was a shock.

would be a very good if the cue dropping off the car would not be 30mins +. this really needs to be made explicitly clear when booking that it can take 30-45 mins to enter the M&G car park and therefore it is essential to turn up an hour early. luckily I have a habit of turning up early but would have missed my flight had I relied on parking within 5 minutes- as I used to be able to in the past at Red or Orange, for a considerable cheaper price...

they did try and move us carparks as it was full, the reason i had booked the specific carpark was due to luggage and small children i wasn't best pleased, in the end a supervisor let us park in the one i had originally paid for. seems crazy that your numbers aren't more specific on bookings

Been here many times, looked at prices 6 weeks ago more than £30.00 cheaper then.So book early dont leave it till last minute.

everything fine, but Long Stay Car park 2 is not indicated, signed coming in for long stay Car park 1 which is confusing as this takes you away from the airport.

Booking online was simple, easy and quick to do. Price paid was reasonable and quick entry to car park upon arrival. It took ages to find a car space. Many cars parked over allocated bays and made it impossible to squeeze the car between two. It was only after finding a space and walking to the bus stop that a sign for the overflow was noticed. Perhaps advertise this around the car park? Bus pick up and drop off was fine. Finding the car afterwards was fine as the parkrun areas were clearly marked.

We booked long stay 1 because it was near the terminal and only £2.00 more than long stay 4. However because 1 was virtually full we were so far away it was a longish walk.

Making the booking, parking and having the car waiting for us on our return was fine, only downside was having to wait 15 mins for shuttle to come when we returned, which was annoying as we had given the time of our return flight.

Very close to the terminal, gates opened ok when entering the car park but didn't respond when leaving the car park and it took around 10 mins to speak to someone to open the hate through the intercom
