“The service is great but needs more options if you do multiple things one one ABN some expenses aren't accounted for and it's still a little confusing as to what is claimed back and what are government earnings etc. The ordinary person can't afford a help session, so taking advatange of the benefits are only for those willing to spend that but extra on top of the minimum. It certainly does save time. Worth it.”
