“The service is great but needs more options if you do multiple things one one ABN some expenses aren't accounted for and it's still a little confusing as to what is claimed back and what are government earnings etc. The ordinary person can't afford a help session, so taking advatange of the benefits are only for those willing to spend that but extra on top of the minimum. It certainly does save time. Worth it.”

“Sometimes it’s confusing when it gives average amount claimed in a particular category. And it should have a place or app where we could record our daily expenses/income/transaction”
