“It took a little while to get the documentation in order to set up the account, but Airwallex were very helpful in explaining why. And once it is set up, the service is very easy and intuitive. I highly recommend having the zoom call to go through the platform - it is very informative and gets you going straight away!”

“Airwallex is a good platform to use and it makes it easy to identify specific payments to suppliers with specific card for each. Having global accounts makes it easy under one platform. We continue to use it in our business and I highly recommend AirWallex.”

“My account was taking longer than I expercted to be set up. I found the support team to be supoer helpful. They clearly explanied to be what was going on and when I could expect to hear back. They also checked in with me and follwed up. A nice change to many online companies you can't get never get in contact with! Excellent Service!”

“Airwallex has made our startup sooo much easier to run. It solves a bunch of problems that the banks don't: simple international payments and digital and physical credit cards for SaaS and staff. As a founder running over 50 pieces of software, Airwallex is up there with Slack, Notion and ClickUp for how incredibly useful it is and what a pleasure the software is to use.”

“It was initially a little difficult to get the ball rolling. We were asked to supply details when creating an account (which is totally reasonable). However, we are a brand new business and do not have a traditional bank account, and are opening up one of our first accounts with you directly. This made supplying additional documents to create an account with you more difficult, as things like bills and invoices were unavailable because we don't have a bank yet! Airwallex may want to consider the kinds of documents that they require for verification purposes for new businesses who are opening their first account with them, rather than another bank or financial institution. Once we got set up, Jayd took us through the platform and was very helpful and informative. He took us through the user interface, explained the different concepts, answered our questions, and got us going in no time. Thanks Jayd!”
