“Airwallex has been great, the platform is easy to do what you need it to do. Airwallex even helps you to get used to their platform, so you don't just open an account and expect to work things out yourself. Also, their conversion rates are transparent so you know exactly what you are paying. Really happy with my account.”

“Overall our experience with AirWallex has been very positive. From getting our account setup to the easy user interface to manage bank accounts and multi-currency transfers. Happy with the functionality so far and it is great that it connects seemslessly to Xero. The fees are very competitive, if not the lowest that I have seen.”

“I have dealt with many online business banking solutions as a director of a start up. I faced a lot of stumbling blocks in making the traditional banking system work for my business. Airwallex solves all those problems, in fact they are customer focussed and go out of the way to solve your problems to do 2 things (apart from many others): -One to make your cross boarder payments and online business transaction as smooth as possible -Secondly to reduce your cost in doing above by doing there magic! and truly as a customer it seems so easy that you will not believe it. Debbie has been amazing in making time for me as my account manager and answered all my questions. She has also re-assuared me that I will not be alone in my journey which as a new business means alot to me. I look forward to making a long lasting business relationship with Airwallex. They are highly highly recommended !!”

“It has been a relatively new experience for us, what I mean by that is, actual amazing customer service from a bank!!! Not just amazing customer service, but extremely attentive to requests that require urgent attention. From day one, reaching out requesting to set up an online meeting to ensure we understood the platform. Couldn't be happier, specially with all the e-com integrations... Highly recommend!”

“We've been using the platform for a couple of months now. We've been a long term user of transferwise but really needed to be able to issue virtual cards for team members and clients so that's what drew us to Airwallex. So far it's all worked perfectly and seamlessely. We haven't used it much for making payments yet as most of our funds are still held at transferwise so I can't yet comment on competitiveness of rates but we have been receiving payments from clients without any issues. Only downside at this stage is that they don't have an app but I imagine it's in the works.”

“Brilliant experience! Sign up process was really easy, quick to add funds and setup/sync with Xero + love the Rewards program! Converting $$ and making international payments is awesome - all the relevant info was visible and could be sliced and diced any which way so I could confidently know what was going on and accurately convert the exact amount needed. No niggly extra dollars to cover esimated fees. This clarity saved $121.61 in fees, 0.010576 better conversion rate and multiple conversions.”

“Airwallex has already proved it's worth within days of using the platform. Most of our supplier are based outside of the UK and we're saving considerable amounts compared to our previous bank when paying an invoice. The setup was quick and easy thanks to Ben and the ongoing support is fantastic - he's always available if I have any questions. I'd recommend any e-commerce brand to make the switch to Airwallex.”

“I like Airwallex and especially the virtual cards. Definitely needs a dedicated app and perhaps at least the option of a physical card. Needs to add PayID for AUD accounts also”

“Trade was very easy. When my wife did the transfer she was a little nervous because it seemed too simple. Yes we saved just over $800 compared with the our other banks rate. We did a comparison as she executed the trade. So about 1.6% we saved.”

“Penny has been amazing, she has been very helpful, thorough and patient with the onboarding process and then through getting me stared she has gone above and beyond to help me understand how to use airwallx and integrate with my existing business. I am never bothered with referral schemes but because of Penny's customer service I have 100% confidence in referring my colleges to airwallx”
