“Recently I fell and was unable to get up! I pushed my Alert 1 button and immediately an operator ask if I was ok! I was told an Ambulance was enroute! Alert 1 also called my daughter, my Son-in-law and my son! Within minutes the Ambulance and my family was their! Thank you Alert 1!! AMAZING COMPANY!!”

“Dad fell on Friday and Monday. My sister and I were both alerted and we were able to get him help ASAP. He is still in the hospital from the Monday fall. It seems his blood count was pretty low, dehydrated and UTI along with pneumonia. We are very thankful for the necklace to alert us as the Monday fall, he did not have his phone on his walker.... We appreciate your service.”

“Good morning. This alert was sent from my mother in law. She was very satisfied. She had fell out of bed and the paramedics were sent to help her. The prompt response meant everything. Thank you”

“Mom fell and hit her head on the table. She was conscious but bruised and bleeding and could not get herself off the floor. She pressed her alert button and the operators contacted me and EMS immediately and stayed on the speaker with her until help arrived. Thank you for your excellent service!!”

“To whom it may concern My mother lives in a Rather large stone home And cannot always hear the base unit. Let me know when they come out with a wrist band with a speaker and a microphone This would make communication Better Thank you John Iezzi”

“Only problem was caller I'D showed a Utah number with no other info I wish that when you call it would show it as an alert . Right now it could be identified as a spam call . Thoughts?”

“Called 911 to help my father and I also received a call. My father had fallen and broke is hip. He passed away on the 5th of February. MY mother is now wearing the necklace. Worked just as it was supposed to do.”
