Senior citizens beware. They tried to extort money from me. They wanted me to pay for service while USPS had possession of the equipment. Terrible customer service

I did not even get full refund and our neighbor passed away. The fall detection didn’t even work, yet I was only credited half of what I paid

Cannot even get this unit up and running , despite the troubleshooting guide and trying the procedures to get it to work. Called two different customer service #'s for help and and hold for several minutes before finally hanging up. Also went to website and ended up emailing. Hope the response time is better than customer service responses. Sending back for a refund. Still waiting for email reply.

I sent the unit back for credit. The phone salesman told me wrong and I wanted the small white unit with red button. He told me it would work any where; in the car, at relatives home, shopping, everywhere. I want full credit and pay my return shipping costs, UPS $15.

If I could leave "zero" stars I would!! My mother passed away on 1/22/21. I called to cancel the service. I sent back all the pieces that they told me I needed to. They charged my mom's credit card $59.95. When I inquired about it, they wouldn't talk to me. I had to send them trust documents and a death certificate showing I was the person. I faxed the documents within minutes of the phone call. The rep never called me back. I just got off the phone with them and they said that they would not refund the $59.95 because the necklace equipment was not returned. My mother never wore the necklace and only used the wrist button. I apparently mistakenly left the necklace out of the return shipment... I still feel like I did include it in the return. When I said I would look at her home to see if it was there, they said it wouldn't matter because the account was closed and it was passed the 30 days. Had the rep called me back, it would have been within the 30 days. They would not make an exception. I'm just shocked! For what reason other than an oversight would I keep the necklace? I'm so so disappointed!!! In this day and age, we need people to be more open minded and have some compassion!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!! God help you or your employees if you were to ever experience a loss of a loved one. Well I know you will not get any compassion from ALERT1!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My father has fell several times to no avail has it very seldom ever came up and asked him if he needed help I’m very disappointed in the money that I have paid for these necklaces and will never again go to this company they have even sent me a different necklace and still the same problem so it wasn’t faulty necklace

Beware of paying for full year. No way out if you don't want to keep it. Very poor customer service, just a lot of attitude.

As the POA for my brother, I ordered an Alert1 for him because he living by himself after his wife died of Covid.. When I phoned to order it I was "sold" on paying a year up front to get the extra month "free". I then I asked about a refund should I cancel before the year was up and I was told it was prorated for the unused months used. My brother ended up in the hospital within 10 days of receiving the equipment and by the time I got him out of the hospital and into rehab I went to his apartment to return the equipment. At the that it was one month and 3 days. When I phoned I was told there was no refund for canceling the years service. This company is a fraud and will lie to you to get you to pay for a year's service up front. Don't do it! You will not receive a refund.
