The response time is fantastic & so is the arrival of EMS. However, the neck pendant isn’t as reliable as I’d like. I’ve had 3 hard falls, garage floor, bathroom tile floor, & front yard, where it didn’t work & my wife had to hit the button. There have also been 2 or 3 incidents where it was moved gently & went off.

The fall detection device was too sensitive and I had to revert to using my wrist band device to avoid setting off the device several times during the day and night. I need to change my account .

Thank you! Bottom line...Our mother now has her alert necklace and is wearing it, so we're happy about that. A couple of things though...When I ordered the necklace, I was told I could set-up our emergency contacts when we received the unit. So I set the unit up and sent the test as required. All good. But then, when I attempted to ask a question, the operator simply hung up on me. I wanted to provide our emergency contact number. I called the next day and got the correct person. During the process of my purchase a week earlier, I was told we could have ONE emergency contact. In my follow-up call, I was told we could have THREE contacts. It just seems like there would be one answer to that question. And finally, in the same follow-up call, the connection was horrible. There was crackling on the line and your rep's voice kept cutting out. I understand that may just have been "phone issues" and not your fault, but it was very frustrating.

I have tried to contact someone in reference to the equipment- Pauline’s necklace is very sensitive and triggers easily. She’s not wearing it , only the bracelet?? Please call back - daughter , Sue Veader 443-838-6674

I was misinformed at one point regarding how the Caller ID will come up on the cell phone of family and friends. And only when I called the tech support people did I get more knowledge and information about how it works. Your people in sales should also be giving out this information.

The device was scheduled for delivery on 23 Feb and I still haven't received on 1 Mar 21. This is unacceptable especially when the payment has been made.

The fall detection feature is overly sensitive and calls EMS often when I'm in the act of sitting down or getting in bed.

It took a longer time for response after hitting the button. My mother had fallen in the backyard and couldn't move. She was drenched by the rain and probably was out there more than an hour before I found her. Would have liked a more immediate response when I hit the button.

I needed an ambulance for mom and hit your call button. Unfortunately I found out you don’t get quick response from ambulance people, or police. You call to talk to someone,ask questions, then forward the emergency. It took a long time for help to come. The ambulance driver said had I called 911 I would have gotten immediate response.
