The paramedics did not have access to the house. Not sure if it was their fault or Alert1's fault for the paramedics not knowing the garage code and where the house key is located in the garage. Thank you for reviewing. ---- Dave Pilat -- (312) 841-0906 -- david.e.pilat@gmail.com

You all NEED TO CALL ME, if something is going on with my Mom. The EMT's were notified, that is good.

I just received an email from Alert 1 stating that someone pressed the button, however, the unit is not scheduled for delivery until Monday, December 21! What happened?

The time between a button press and the return call from Alert1 seems to take more than 2 minutes, this is much more than I expected. Do you expect it to be this long?

I'm concerned that it takes a while for Alert 1 to answer.. More than that..I want to say that recently I misplaced my button that I hangs around my neck and when I called to have it replaced, I was shocked to hear it would cost me $39.00 to be replaced.....That's ridiculous....especially since I've been with you people for many years and have been instrumental in having many of my friends and family purchase this program from Alert 1....Let's be reasonable ..................

I am Arthur's wife Sheila, answering your query. The waiting time for someone to get to us seemed to be eternal. Although I told the operator when she answered the emergency button, that it was not an emergency, but my husband had fallen and was on the floor. He needed a "lift up". I cannot handle that aspect alone anymore.) Waiting almost an hour, I think, is almost unforgiveable. By the way. I told them NOT to send an ambulance and they did. Which left me holding ther bag for over$

When did this event occur? The last call 2 months ago was a miscommunication.

thank you = she did not push the button/did not mean to... but I was able to check and make sure she was ok! Thanks Ok so this is the second time in two days that the machine has gone off. She was in the living room, the machine is in the kitchen. She says she was sitting listening to the radio and it went off. So I am concerned that maybe there might be something wrong with the machine = is there a way to check this?

Everything is all right at my house. Occasionally might accidently hit a wrong button, but try to correct it right away. Thanks for checking in on me every once in a while. Barbara Rasmussen ,

They did not advise me that they had reached my contact. i had to use my button 2nd time to ask if anyone was coming. This should be standard practice for piece of mind. Rather than saying at the end of conversation, "Remember to push your button in case of an emergency", why not just close with Thank you for choosing Alert 1. I'm not $300.00 plus a year just for the heck of it, obviously I have the alarm system to use for an emergency and don't need to be told to push a button. I am physically disabled not mentally but that's how I am made to feel every time I test my service.
