“My mother Rebecca complains the the device is heavy and we have to make sure she is wearing it constantly. But is it giving us piece of mind.”

“The salesperson that I had told me that I'd have the new model. But I didn't get it. I got the old model. Apparently, the new model isn't available yet, so why did she tell me that it was???The good news is that you can wear the old model backwards so that the peeping light doesn't drive me crazy. The good news is that I can wear it to bed and it doesn't go off when I turn in bed. Apparently, when it is ready - the customer has to buy the new model outright. I hope that it won't cost too much and turning over in bed won't set it off.”

“I feel comfortable except on the weekend when no one answers and someone finally is found but does not seem to be too knowledgable. I have only called on weekend for technical reasons.”

“hello - this is Dorothy's niece, caroline. aunt dot is wearing her pendant and i understand the practice alert went well - she is comfortable with the process so far. only has been four days. appreciate your company for having such a unit to protect people in the early stages of possibly needing the security of having someone they can reach in time of trouble. thank you, caroline”

“After havjng triple with first one for my mom they suggested a different wifi carrier and so far it has worked great and not having to charge it non stop. Just wish we had done that earlier.”

“You called the primary person who told you he was on the way. The you called the next 2 contacts to tell them he was on his way. It was 3:20 in the morning. Why did you call the other contacts when the primary contact told you he was on the way and would be at her house in 5 minutes?”

“This was for my mothers in law Betty Brennan, not me Frank. I'm her son in law.I'm the first one on the call list. I answered said I would be there. It takes me about 30min to there. Just before I got there another person called and said they had called first responders instead of calling me back. From now on when you call me I will tell you it will take me roughly 30 min . If no one answers on the call list by all means use the first responders. Other wise we will be there”

“My mom has Parkinson’s and needed to go to the hospital. My sister pushed the button for help and within a few minutes Alert1 answered and sent the ambulance. Thanks for being there this time.”
