“The paramedics were there in a short time and were very cordial and helpful. We did have a small issue. My brother lives next door to my mother, and is second on the call list, just below the paramedics. My brother was on site in less than one minute after receiving the call. Somehow the paramedic, that was dispatched from across town, was there first and could not get into the house until my brother got there with key some time later. There was obviously an amount of time that past between the call to paramedics and the call to my brother. Luckily, no one decided to break down any doors while waiting for a key.”

“Needed to update for the placement of my outside BOX. They went to the back door but the BOX was in front in the mailbox and closed. I was able to open the door, & call out to the EMT to come to the front door. I was very happy I had ALERT ONE> Thanks.”

“13 hours after being hooked up, my father-in-law needed emergency help for the first time in his life. After a few days in the ICU he is doing great now. For this I am thankful and happy with the product. My issue is:1. This addressed to Joan, there is no Joan associated with this. My name is Brenda and I have been trying to sign in online to the account I created last week and not getting very far. #2- when the calls were made that he had pushed the button the first call was dialed incorrectly. Luckily the number it called was someone else in the family with a similar number. I have called and checked and it was confirmed that this phone is not on the list and was a mis-dial. I am hoping that this was a rare error.”

“It all worked well. Mom is home and doing ok. The problem we have always had is that it is difficult to understand when you come on after the alert button has been pressed. I tell my Mom that at least you can hear her.”

“There's no way to know the call is coming from Alert one. It would be nice to be able to identify your call when it comes in. Do all your calls come out of Utah? Also, when the operator calls could they identify themselves as being with Alert One instead of some general statement as a call center?”
