The emergency response system has been a excellent means for allowing my parents to stay in their own home rather than a assisted living, or a retirement home.

no matter who answers the call, it seems to take a long time to see if things are ok. if u are having a heart attack , ervery second counts.

The only problem we encountered was the caller id on our cell phones. It simply said the call was from out of state. I did not take the call the first time thinking it was scam..not knowing anyone from that state. We have now put that number into our contacts list under Alert 1 so if we get another call we will know who is calling. I recommend letting your customers know the telephone number associated with the alert 1 notification system so that they can put it in contacts. If there is some way the caller ID could come up as Alert 1 instead of the phone number I advise that be done.

Alert 1 is a reliable piece of equipment. I usually test the unit about twice a month and my calls are answered promptly. I have a couple of questions about billing my account? How safe is my credit card information? Why don't you send me a notice when you are withdrawing money from my account? Albert M. Petti

The lanyard should be adjustable. I have trouble wearing it on my waist it comes off when I bend over then they call me. Tried to clip it in pocket when got it car kit came off another call!

Hi my name is Nikki I am Salvatore's sister he doesn't have a computer so I will tell you that he is happy with his device. I just want to check to see that all phone numbers are correct, As he fell a few days ago. And he said you tried to contact me but my phone never rang. I tried to contact you and the hold time was way to so I never got to speak to any one,

Since I'm in good health even though I'm old, I'm happy to say I haven't yet had to use the device. With it in my home I feel safe and comfortable. Linda Segal

I'm not wearing it around my neck; I have it beside my bed. I bumped it doing ordinary activities and caused undue concern. I am fine!

device needs charging every 24 hours not 36 hours. New one blinks at less than 15 minute intervals but better than the first one.

Mother was able to activate the button. Had issues with operator being able to hear her (this feedback provided by mother). Service did call both my wife and my cell. Mother broke her hip and is still in hospital. We will continue service but will conduct test when she is able to return home. Her watch band will also need to be replace since it broke during fall and needs to be replaced.

i still would like to know who set my mother's account to say if she was not hurt to just notify the contact people. My mother told the responder she could not get up. Why would you do what you did? She needed professional help not 60 plus year old people. My mom said the responder was different than the other times and not as caring. I did not set my mom's account that way nor was I given any option to do anything in regards to that. So please advise me as to how this all took place.

When my mother push her button the lady that came on said that she will contact an ambulance and family she did.. Thank you. What I did not like is that she did not stay with my mother. Mom was scared and alone when I got there. My mother wasn't sure she push the button or not at that time, she was very confused and in pain so I push the button and it took a long time for the Lady to come back on so my husband called 9-1-1 for an ambulance and they said it was dispatched already. We couldn't get ahold of you guys at all. When she did come back on she said she called the ambulance. Then there was loud music so loud it was hurting our ears so I pushed the cancel button to turn it off. I thought the lady had to stay with my mom? And what's with the loud music ? My mother was scared she said she felt alone. My siblings and I did not like that at all. Please fix it or I will change and go to someone else. Sincerely, Marcia Anderson- Pearl.

I think ALERT1 does a good job at responding to the client. HOWEVER, I feel when they call the family to let them know - the PHONE NUMBER on our caller ID does NOT identify who or where the call is coming from. It could look like a solicitation caller and not of importance. Please try to correct this in the future MANY THANKS!
