Everything is good! My dad fell in the kitchen and he pressed the button.

Alert1 device activated and after speaking with Alert1 representative, a local ambulance was dispatched with EMT assessment and transport with care on board to hospital. Thankfully it was nothing serious that required overnight stay as irregular symptoms disappeared and blood pressure under control.

I fell in the kitchen on my back. It took me several minutes to be able to get into a sitting position but was unable to get up. I pushed the button on my alert that I wear around my neck and shortly was connected to someone that notified the EM

When my mom fell I was supposed to get the call first, but they had already called the first responders. It worked out fine.

This is his wife, Billie. I was here and I was able to get to box and talk to the person who answered. I just want to make sure that pressing the button is enough to dispatch help because Im not always here to talk to someone. If Dave had pressed the button but couldn't get to box to talk, would you still alert the paramedics?

You did fine. She fell in the kitchen and was unhurt, but her alert system detected the fall and so you called for emergency assistance. We would have preferred that you call us first since we are first on the response list, but everything worked out fine.

I would suggest however that when you call those on list for notification that the caller ID say Alert1 instead of State call is originating from

You came out but didn't follow up to tell my daughter what had happened . She had to call back in and the office could say what treatment I had , they said nothing was written down.

After a 5 minute wait for an answer you got the Fire Dept which got me to hospital. Have just gotten back after a week there and surgeries.
