the ambulance was called and they were given the instructions of where the lock box for key was located and what the code was! Perfect!

Wish there was way, the trigger could stop, before the final call to 911. Maybe a 2 button device so non-life threating "emergencies" could be triggered...

It was our fault that Alert 1 did not have proper contact info for caregiver and neighbors as she mistakenly pressed button. She often can not hear voice on machine to respond that all is well.

I was with my Dad when I pressed the button around his neck and no one responded, then I went to the base and pressed the big red button and about 60 seconds someone responded. Not sure if there was a problem with the button around his neck or if I was just a little panicky due to the emergency of getting him to the hospital. But the ambulance showed up within minutes. Thank you, Renee Hemphill, daughter of Elijah Watson

My name is Nicole Walls, and Roy is my grandfather. When he had a medical emergency last Saturday and pressed his button, help was here right away, and we're very pleased with that fact. However, the next day my mother accidentally set off the alarm, and no one ever answered. True it wasn't a real emergency, but if it had been... Well, we sure hope it never happens again.

Many times I don't need the paramedics either go to emergency at the hos[ital, Dont'you have your own people that can help ? many times people only need a stand up without paramedics orfirefighters

Responsive, but must realize my Mother is about 80% deaf and you may have to speak loudly and frequently for her to hear you. If she does not respond, please call me Barbara Leonard as soon as possible. I live about 15 minutes from her and can get there pretty quickly. Thanks so much for your service. They promptly called the list of people on the contact list and then called for emergency help. We were then able to determine if it was a medical emergency, which it was not. She needed assistance because she had gone to the bathroom all over the floor, which is what happened when she had a stroke. We are glad she was able to use the response button to get help when she did not know what to do in the middle of the night. I then went to her apartment and cleaned up the mess. All is well and she is feeling better. Thank you for the assistance in the middle of the night. Her daughter, Christy

My mom has dementia. I think she is the one who woke up and pushed a button asking for a paramedic. I got a phone call (from Utah) I thought was a computer calling at 5:15 am central and didn't answer. So, I really don't know what happened after a message was left on my cell - dad nor mom remember...
