I in Pittsburgh since Sept. 15 and will be back in Miami on Sept.19. I don't know how my emergency device was activated. I hope you did not call 911. please let me know. Thanks, Agnes Weisz

Hi Agnes, We are sorry for the confusion. Your emergency device is fine, and 911 was not called. Our email was sent to you in error due to a glitch in our system. We have fixed the issue so this won't happen again. Thank you for being a part of the Alert1 family, we hope you enjoy your time in Pittsburgh! Best, Alert1

It took about 45 seconds before you responded through the box. I was only doing the monthly test as you suggest, so there was no emergency.

The only complaint I have/had was the paramedics didn't have the code to their lockbox this time. They've had the code in the past.

Even though it was only necessary to call one person who responded, you called all 3

My father's Caretaker felt like it took a long time to get assistance. He pushed the button and he said it seemed to take about 4 minutes before he got assistance. Once they answered the assistance was great, but it seemed a long time when the emergency was happening.

Fannie had fallen, and could not get up. The button on her wrist was not working. She was on the floor for two hours until she scooted over to the phone in the kitchen. Once she was able to press that button I got the call and was there to help her quickly enough. Please if you can, send her a replacement bracelet. We have added the other button to her walker until we can get a new wrist band. Thank you, Tina Myers
