hi, this is Helen Sisti's daughter Linda, i pressed the emergency button. Which contacted the 911. I don't understand the process? When i hung up, my cell phone rung, (didnt realize it was Alert 1), my brother in law's phone and my husbands work phone were called. Why is this procedure? I'd like to review what phone numbers are listed. Also since we havent really used the system, is there any maintenance i am suppose to completed on a regular basis? Batteries in the wrist bands? Thanks Linda

Michael was without service since last Friday 6/17 until today. However, with the new Kelsey button, it took 3 times of not connecting before it finally connected to emergency service. That was about 8 pm or so. The emergency told me to contact you. At 9pm I retested it for Michael and it went through but I am concerned that we are only in month 2 and have been without service and there was a problem with the 2nd button. Just letting you know. We had to get two units in order for you to hear my father(my mother's caretaker - she is non-verbal now) if help was needed and he couldn't get right up to the monitor. They are at opposite ends of the house and your operators have had trouble hearing him calling out. Need some recommendations on how to alleviate this situation. Thank you. Jeff Kennedy

We received the machine with the small necklace to wear. The first day, it started beeping 4 times, which means needs a new battery. No need to do anything, it will be sent automatically. That took about 3-4 weeks. Her new one arrived, and that is now beeping 4 times.

This is Candy Wilhelm, Imogene’s daughter who is responding. I am the one who ordered the system and who is paying for it. We have not had the system long enough to really have an opinion on how it is working. I was surprised to be charged $5.95 for exchanging the wrist band for the pendent. I wasn’t told there would be a charge when I ordered it. If the amount was to cover the postage then I know it really cost a lot less. Returning the wrist band only cost me .67 cents. Not complaining, just pointing something out.

Well it did not work for us due to not detecting 2 falls i called we cancled was supposto to get a refund never did

The cell coverage at my house has several dead spots so I am not pleased about not being able to talk to the operator.

The lanyard is difficult and bothersome to wear. The wrist band is fine. My mother would be sitting in her chair with the lanyard on her and the alert would go off for no reason. She even had paramedics show up at her house. She is afraid to wear it now and has it sitting next to her.

John fell 2 days ago in the bathroom.....his alarm did not go off until caregiver arrived and pushed it for help......will never know why this time when really needed it didn't work.....I will be calling to return everything as he did not make it..... Thank you Mary jo larsen

We are paying for the fall protection and when my mother fell it did not go off. She had to press the button herself. My concern is if she would have bumped her head and been knocked out when she fell it did not go off and then she would have been laying there. So I'm not sure why that part did not work.

My father feel sometime during the night of February 24th. He thought he heard someone on the box in his living room. My sister found him on the floor at 9:15am. She pushed the button. We've been told that there was no alarm during the night. My sister-in-law was to call you to have someone come test the system. You will need to call someone ahead of time as dad is in the hospital. The family is concerned that he had to spend the night on the floor, which your system was to avoid. Zena Wiers called you on the day of the 25. She checked the system by dropping it on the floor and it worked. Call ahead as my Dad is now in a nursing home. Becky Wiers

My mom, Rita Whorton, has used her button twice in the last week to have paramedics bring her to the emergency room. Both times she called it took approximately 5 minutes for someone to answer. Luckily her emergency wasn't immediately life threatening, but if it had been 5 minutes could have caused a severe problem. Is this the normal response time?

My mother claims she asked you to call an ambulance.. You tell me she just asked for you to call me. I would really like for you to review her call and let me know.. Also her bracelet is not functioning. I asked that a new one be shipped to me ASAP. has it been shipped?
