Awful! Been waiting to receive the unit for over a week and still haven’t received. Can’t seem to get any help from FedEx or you to know when it will arrive!

Have not been able to set it up - needs to be hooked up to phone Jack - the outlet and phone Jack are not near each other !! It has not been used yet .....

I was with my mom when she had to push the button for an emergency. It was not answered for close to 10 minutes!! TOTALLY unacceptable. That is much too long in an emergency. If you are not going to pay for enough staff to respong, don't offer the service. She used it another time years ago, same delay, we thought it was a fluke, but I guess not! I am the one who pays for the service and am researching other companies. Most likely I will not review.

You sent the ambullance to the wrong address. I live on 74 Ter and you sent them to75 Ter. It is the second time it has happened. I checked to be sure it was corrected the first time. You did it again. My husband was sliding onto the floor and I had to hold up a 350 lb man an extra 10 min. I ended up calling 911 myself.

My dad fell and my mom pressed for help. Hospice was also notified. Alert 1 did not respond nor did hospice-communication breakdown. NO ONE CAME to help my dad. My mom wants to cancel. Please contact me to discuss the incident.

The test button was on. I pushed my button to test the system. It took about 4 minutes before anyone answered and when I questioned what took so long I was told that they answered and didn't get any response so they called my number which wasn't working (because I was still waiting for someone to answer) and they dispatched the police. They asked me to hold while they cancelled the police and disconnected me instead. The police came so obviously they were not called. I'm not at all happy with your system.

The emergency responders were given the incorrect code to access the key box. Eighty six years old, on the floor for almost 30 minutes and no vital signs were taken by responding agency.

The alarm very went off. She had fallen and died. The neighbor found her and she went in her shirt to push the button. She was wearing the necklace and she fell, but the alert never went off Pls have someone help us to cancel our services as she is dead now

some breaking in my house I could not get 911 to respond I called alert and got my three kids here fast and cops everything turned out ok thank you alert

It took over 30 minutes for help to arrive. My brother was on the floor as he had fallen in the bathroom. He stated to me that if he had had a heart attack) which is certainly a real possibility considering his medical situation) he would have been dead by the time they arrived. His wife was extremely upset. So, this is the first time he has needed your services. But, that much time delay is not acceptable. Please advise.

Your company calls my dad multiple times a day. Fills his answer machine.he has spoken to someone and asked to be removed from your list, but is not.

Battery life was only part of the day before needing a charge even after a full night charge. Response from support was plug it into another outlet. The equipment could not possibly be malfunctioning. No offer to try another piece of equipment, just excuses why battery life was so short.

I contacted Alisa in the business office and she never responded via email! My mom fell yesterday and sat in diarrhea for hours! She has the fall protection, so why wasn't anyone notified! I am livid!
