My mother was choking for lack of air and the operator kept asking her what was going on. She said she can't breath but the operator kept asking her questions. My mother dialed 911 and received the help she needed. I will be canceling the subscription with alert1 immediately. VERY disappointed.

My mother fell and was wearing her fall alert necklace.no one responded she pressed the button 3 times and finally got someone.i called this alert 1 asking them why they didn't respond to her fall, they told me because they saw movement.this is ridiculously insane, what if my mom was laying on the floor unconditional? Well her fall was life threatened she had 14 stapes in her head.she was confused and crawl to open her apartment door for the e.m.s still she fell,no response from them asking if she was ok this fall should have triggered the fall detector from the time she pushed the button they responded less than1 min. But pushed button 3 times.when I called them I got an apologize but still not satisfied.what if when she fell then crawled a little then passed out? You mean to tell me cuz yall saw movement that she was ok? Everytime that fall detector triggers yall should respond

This is Barry June's son in law. I accidently sat something on the button so you were alerted. I waited for your rep to speak and informed him my name, relationship and how the alert happened. I told him everything was okay with June, at our address and thanked him for responding. There was no normal response, which was odd but I did not worry about it! The next thing we knew an ambulance was at our front door. End of story Thank you for your normal service!

I bought this Alert one for my elderly friend,Diane, because she lives two states away from me. She was unable to open and start the service for a few weeks, but now she has and when she called the number on the phone, she got a run around that is not to be believed! Not only had the Company's name changed, but she had to call 4 numbers to get ANY information and only to be told to call the first number and take option 2--an option not mentioned the first time she called!!! I want my money back!

Took multiple calls and holds of 20 minutes to talk to a service person when errors were not being cleared up. When replacement unit was necessary and delivery was we find out that the replacement was not prepared for shipment until after delivery was supposed to occur. Now will be 2 weeks before defective equipment might be received.

The first pendant didn't work so we returned it. The new pendant was supposed to be Verizon compatible, but it wasn't. It only worked with ATT even though we told the rep. we only get Verizon at our home. I said I would return the second one and they tried to charge me for 3 months usage because the first pendant made contact at first. It was only after I got upset with them that they said they would refund the whole payment. I have not seen the refund yet.

Your device failed a test.....After calling support no one got back to me...The devise continued to make an audible noise until the battery died. I am no longer a customer. I don't know why your records are not updated..I paid in full for a year

Someone was suppose to call us. We have a Magic Jack Internet phone which, apparently doesn't work with your equipment. No one has called us so we are going to send it back. We expect a full refund unless you have a way to guarantee it will work. 623-239-5460 602-820-5835 602-820-5044

The first 3 days o had the Alert 1, it activated 3 times. Once when I leaned against a cabinet (was wearing on my belt) and two other times when I would lean against or brush against something. Then I fell. It was a significant fall and I was injured. Then, the alert made no sound at all. Fortunately, my daughter was nearby and she helped me. When I reported this to your company, I was told I should not be wearing it on my belt. However YOU provided me with a belt attachment and told me to wear it this way. I have returned your equipment as I really do not want or need something that does not work.

We returned the pendant on April 8th. My mother in law fell and it did not alert ! She was wearing the necklace with the censor that would go off automatically if she fell. Luckily it wasn't life threatening, but it could have been her life.

This is Tony Ellington . You totallie dropped the ball . My 86 yr old mother fell hit the alert and no one was sent to check on her . Some one (Dispatct )called my sister and when she arrived my mother was laying on the floor at least 30 min after she received call . What exactly I'm I paying for . To say I'm upset is an under statement.

You did not resolve anything. I fell on 3/12 and the alarm never went off. I'm so it wasn't an emergency otherwise I would have pressed the button myself. The alarm accidentally went off on 3/14 about 4am. I never spoke to anyone and it beeped for a very long time again. Then no one got on the line and they sent the paramedics anyway. Then they called my daughter, who answered immediately and told her I had chest pains. My daughter called me right after talking to your dept and the paramedics were already at the door so that means they did not call her right away. And the icing on the cake, they still called the 4th person on the list when they didn't have to because they got spoke to my daughter. They left a message and told that person I said I had a very bad pain in my arm. Seriously, what is going on with your company.

John pushed the button several times. He passed away because ems didn't get to him fast enough. When I called to cancel alert 1 I got a rude representative on the phone. Who demanded I return equipment and offered no refund for the year I paid in advance.

We did not receive a call. Found blood in the floor and called the hospital to find her.

Because of your failure to notify the paramedics about my lock box hanging on the door and giving them the code, I was forced to drag myself to the front door to let them in. This is an inexcusable failure on your part. This should not have happened. I am paying for this lock box specifically so that this would not happen. Please contact me on this matter. I want an explanation. Shirley Eisman

My Mother's Medical Alert system quit working properly two or three months ago.. According to Medical Alert they were no longer receiving a signal from the Medical Alert Box that they had sent to my mother, and therefore, the system was inoperable. After several phone calls to the company, they were unable to remotely fix the system. Even though they promised return calls with additional assistance, none were made. They refused to send a new signal sending Box, and further refused to send a repairperson. My Mother still has the system and it does not work. No solution has been offered by the company. W. My mom does not even have her system yet, so I don't know why I received an e-mail saying it had been pushed.
