Bought specifically for my ski boots. Product seemed well constructed and my foot felt good on it when I tried it on the floor. They didn’t work in my boots. Took up too much room...raising my instep. Went with custom footbeds instead which had a lower profile and didn’t compress the top of my foot into the boot liner/shell. They might work for you...but I had to return.

YOu shouldn't charge extra for the tabs on the bottom of the shoes. You should ask if they are needed and add them free of charge to those who need them. I am a long-time aline customer and the tabs were included in the past. I'm very disappointed that the price keeps going up, for the insole itself, and the tabs are no longer included in that price. Disappointed with this business choice. Also, the font on your website is very difficult to read. It might like "cool" but it's not functional for people. Consider changing it to reduce frustrations with customers and potential customers. It's difficult to even confirm the number size ordered, because the font is a poor choice.

I really wanted to like the inserts but they just wouldn’t fit in any of my various sets of shoes. They were too long, and when I could stuff them into the shoe, then they seemed too thick for me to fit my foot into my shoe. I’m sure they’re a great product for others.

It wasn’t wide enough so my toes kept touching the edge of the insole. The left arch was also too high for my left foot.

When I went to site the first time, I just left -- it's not straightforward enough. But eventually I went back because a postural therapist had recommended the product so highly, and being between sizes, I bought two insoles.

I can feel a difference but I can’t say its good / bad or irrelevant. I don’t get the included storage or traveling kit that came with them. Seems like it just makes them more expensive.

I did not receive the fitting device nor brochures yet. Not sure if there is a delay but it has been a few weeks and I have not had any follow up or anything so I am not really pumped about our relationship.

Good for non-custom, but not fan of the plastic feel under my socks. I am also use to a fabric layer. But for the price point they are decent. Not sure why they are around $100 and why they would need to be on an autoship

The product is great. However, the website needs some serious overhaul. - Font has to be larger and black, vs small and grey. - Many pics of the inserts are way too large, unnecessary. - Navigation through the site should be simpler - copy Amazon's template...

The site was impossible to navigate with a brand new iPad… I had to follow the order in. The customer service guy was fine. It just took a while between the two to order a pair

It kinda helps but with me working 12 hour shifts at work it does more damage and could hardly walk after work cause it’s so painful. I wish there was more padding on the insoles. I’m thinking of returning it after a couple more tries.

It took a while to get used to them, they are sturdy and improved my posture. But they were not very comfortable for the first few days. It also was so thick for a running shoe that my heel would go out of the shoe. They did however fit well with my boot like shoes. I enjoyed wearing them only after breaking it in.

Really like the product, has changed the way I wear shoes! However, they used to include adjustment tabs, which I use for proper fit, now they are sold separately. When I contacted the company to inquire about getting tabs, I was told that they would send me some at no charge. When I didn't get the tabs, I was told that they were on backorder and would be sent soon. Months later, I bought the tabs. Still like the product, but customer service is getting worse with time.
