“Better than most for supination, but I personally could use mor cushioning so I added a layer of plain foam insole.”

Thanks for the great feedback. We work hard to produce a product that exceeds customer expectations in both function and life. The ALINE products normally last 3-4 times longer than stock insoles which reduces the overall lifetime cost significantly.

“For the most part they work great, but lately I am having more bad days, and by the end of the day my foot hurts. It's not everyday that this happens. The 1 thing I am thankful for is that I walk a lot better, even when my foot hurts.”

“Hi, I like your products. Your customer service is exceptional. Prompt personal calls are much appreciated. I'm disappointed in your $10 charge for the little wedges that tilt the insert for people like me that pronate. When I first started purchasing your products the wedges were included in the basic price. Now I pay $10 for about $0.03 of plastic. For me the wedges are a necessity. Your products aren't cheap. Boosting the basic price over $100 seems excessive. Just my thoughts.”

“I have had issues with a Morton Neuroma in my right foot and had to wear bulky orthotics. While they were formed for my feet and my issues, they were thick, heavy, and I had to get bulkier shoes to fit them. I was introduced to ALINE at least 10 years ago and decided to give them a try. I haven't had any huge flare-ups since and I have been able to go back to less bulky running shoes! ALINE, also, helps with my foot-knee-hip alignment. I won't run with anything else in my shoes.”

“My orthotics were in bad shape. I saw the ad and read thru it. Realized that this could be a better fit for me. I don't job of do gym but I like to play golf and gardening. They got well into my shoes and give me the support I need.”

“Aline was fine to order from, just not exemplary. I had some issues connecting with customer service about ordering but nothing terrible and they were helpful when I reached them. I do find using the website to select insoles not that helpful and even after using the system they have to pick your soles that I still needed to contact customer service. When I did reach them, again, they were quite helpful.”

“Your rep Ben Worley is extremely helpful. I have a few issues though. The information I was sent about the different insoles is out of date, also your website should be updated regarding the discontinuation of the Guru course. I also see on the video that there are 3 possible "widths" of stance on the platform, while I only have 2. Also there is no information in the video as to how or why to determine which width to use. I also have the question as to how to prodeed when the larger degree tab still does not correct the mal alignment. If a customer has issues, such as blisters or arch pain even with the appropriate adaptation period, is there any refund to me if I have to refund to them?”

“We love using ALINE. However, the last two times we've ordered, discount coupons appear the next day or so after our order for the product we just ordered. Not sure if there's a way to utilize coupons beforehand since we are regular customers? Should we inquire when placing an order if there is a coupon available? We order for two practice locations. Best! Alyssa”

“I have owned about many pairs of ALine insoles over the years and I love them. After getting over the fact that they are not soft & comfy like other insoles (they're not supposed to be), I quickly grew to appreciate them and their benefits. I did not give 5 stars because I think they are a little too pricey and/or ALine should offer occasional "sales" from time to time.”
