“I love your inserts, but i seem to be missing the plastic modifiers that go on the heel of the inserts. If those were supposed to be separately requested, I think that could be more clear.”

“Love the product. This was my fourth or fifth pair. Tried to purchase directly from Marblehead office, but no one was in the office so I ordered online. Price increase from previous purchase seemed high and took over a week to receive by mail.”

“So far, so good. I have only had them in my shoes for three days and have followed the suggestions about initially wearing them for just two or three hours. They are quite comfortable, and I can write a better review after wearing them more.”

“I am very happy with my purchases. I had the advantage of visiting with a technical rep in Marblehead who quickly assessed the need for the additional wedges and which ones needed to be located where. Without this, I think you are just guessing and could guess wrong. I think I have the right tabs in the location but glad I didn't have to guess.”

“I would rate higher, but if you just buy on line, not sure you know you need the tabs as part of the system and more important, how to use them. I first visited a store which allowed the technician to show me what was best for me. Time will tell but so far after three weeks, I am very satisfied.”

“This is a little hard because a true determination is made over time. For me, I visited an office first which helped me understand all the issues of the orthotics and the use of the various wedges. If I hadn't visited, not sure how I would have known about the wedges and more important, how to use them properly, they can be almost as important as the orthotics. I bought two in the store and two since then and overall very happy but it has only been three weeks. Time will tell and hopefully it will tell that this was a great investment into my training and physically active lifestyle”
