You guys have one of the worst online systems in the world… I just tried to login and this is happened to me numerous times. Not only does it not except my information but it tells me that my registered email is not on file with you. I don’t understand how you can be as bad as you are online and yet make such an amazing product

Well made product. Purchased for my Sidi bike shoes, but they have far to much mass. I could not get my foot in.

Is it just me, or has the contour of the A-Line orthotic footbed changed? Several years ago, when I received my first pairs, the contour seemed to be a prevalent, long, sloping, "speed-bump" type contour which stretched diagonally along the length of the orthotic and crossed the width of the shoe, from the heel to the ball of the foot. It felt very comfortable to wear, and I could feel my foot gently roll across this "speed bump" with every step. Now, it seems that the gently rolling motion is no longer present, and it feels as though the orthotic footbed's contour has been altered. My foot no longer gently rolls across a contoured "speed bump." Rather, it seems now that my feet have a block-type motion and their motion jams where the orthotic jabs up into my anterior calcaneus area, and again in the medial arch area. Where there formerly was a gentle, supported, rolling motion, there is now a disjointed motion. Was the footbed contour changed, or have I changed?

Shirley, Thank you for reaching out. We have not changed the contour of the insole for over 6 years. Before that there was a more aggressive contour fo some of the products. Perhaps the difference is the style of insole you are using? The ALINE Red and Green have the least cushion, and the Black and Yellow have an added layer of cushion. This added layer adds about 2.5mm of height to the contour (but does not change the overall contour) If you would like to speak with on one of our experts regarding the product please reach fill out you information at https://share.hsforms.com/1Vsyu616TSaihrHGE24zSxg39hm9 and schedule a time that is convenient. They will call you back and discuss your specific issues. All the best! ALINE

If you like orthotics you can’t slide your foot over guys, this is for you. I will walk around thinking I have a pebble in my shoe, turns out it’s the red rubber folding under my foot. With an insole, you want it to easily help you walk. Nope. Unfortunately I bought two, $200. When it works, it’s fine, but getting there should be much easier.

The system is not compatible with my shoes as I wear the Vibram 5 fingers exclusively. Wish you made a shorter version. I did note the type of shoe I wear as being the Vibrams.

Jose, Thank you for reaching out. Perhaps you should try the ALINE Cushion insole for running. It is our Yellow product and has a layer of memory foam to absorb impacts. If that is not enough cushion the new Mobility Insole increases impact absorption with a new technical layer. This is only available through our providers, you can find a list of them on our website.

Actually, I'm sending them back. The left foot felt good. The right foot had a bulge by the ball of the foot and was extremely uncomfortable. I asked my husband to try them just to see if it was a problem with my foot and he immediately felt the same thing.

Sadly the aline system didn't work for me. I persistently tried them for a few months (in my home & work shoes), but they caused me great pain. I was disappointed because I spent a lot of money on them at UPW and hoped they would help and not hurt. I'm sure they help a lot of people, but unfortunately they didn't help me.

Relief of knee pain is present, but nothing more significant than a standard store bought insert. Therefore cost not justified. The arche is very wide and the hard edge pushes against the leather of dress shoes creating a permenant convex crease on the leather. Obviously weird looking on the outside of the shoe, and overtime might rip through?

Short term that brought immense relief, but wearing them after the UPW Event seemed to create misalignment in my body and cause a lot of discomfort. I was so optimistic to use these. Have not experienced the relief I had hoped—literally the opposite.

I learned of these and bought a few at PaleoFx2019 ( 3 for myself, 4 for my husband, 1 for my son) I wish I had a better review to give, but since I have been using them my left hip situation, and on right foot bunion and pain in ball of foot have worsened. My husband hasn't noticed and positive changes, so is not convinced in the investment of them.
