“Excellent service and I’m happy with my inserts. However, this time they did not come with the lift pieces. Don’t know if I ordered the incorrect one or what. Was able to take the life pieces off of my old ones, so all is well and my feet are happy.”

“very comfortable, i've been using them for years and they really help my joints day-to-day. small frustration that will by no means stop me from using them: the clips used to come with the insoles and they don't anymore. i found getting more of those very confusing. i also accidentally set up my subscription for the future without clips included, and there is no way to edit that for the next time so i don't have to order them separately every time.”

“My guess is the Aline insole would work well for men or perhaps women who wear flat shoes or sneakers. Unfortunately, I was looking for something to wear in a woman's dress boot. The insole is very firm/hard and doesn't bend enough to get it into a ladies boot. Couldn't help but notice the sizing is for men/women and in my experience men and woman's feet are not alike. I can't comment on the comfort as I couldn't get them in any of my shoes even though the sizing was correct. Undoubtedly they are very structural and could offer support just not right for me.”

“Overall a really great shoe sole. Sometimes it's difficult to have it on longer than an hour but I don't mind that much.”

“So far I am happy with my insert however I am wondering if if can be trimmed or purchased to be a little more narrow. I have a narrow foot and the insert is too wide for some of my regular shoes. It is ok for my tennis shoes. Thank you.”

James, Thanks for reaching out - You can trim the forefoot of the ALINE with a pair of scissors. We recommend using the stock insole that comes in your shoe as a template and trim accordingly.

“I truly feel that I will not get a response from my comment. Should I get a response, I will truly appreciate it.They are great inserts. One large constant issue I have with the inserts is that your company does not offer them in a narrower width.I Can only trim them very little before compromising the integrity & benefits of the ALine orthopedic benefits of your product. I would definitely have ongoing purchases of additional inserts if your company offered them in a narrower width . Thank you”

We are sorry we do not produce a more narrow insert. As a small company we have to try to fit the majority of shoes and the forefoot can be trimmed a bit, but we understand if it is an issue in very narrow shoes.

“I have hallux limitus/rigidus on my left toe. I like the inserts, but I feel like they are too thick for my shoe. The top of my left toe has some pain when wearing the inserts. I think it is rubbing on the top of the shoe. Maybe the insole is too thick for my shoe.”
