Absolutely first class experience. I’d narrowed down my choice of fire to a few and called the shop. They were selected as they were showing as offering the most advantageous prices nationally. They were amazing, giving clear and honest friendly advice. I proceeded to purchase on their website and then a further £10 off was offered! Fantastic! The fire arrived within a couple of days as promised and it is just perfect!

Disappointed ☹️ originally looked at Hereford 5 electric stove, £795 and the assistant said would give the flue and spigot for free. In the end went for a £1400 fire but was too big for the opening So had to go for the smaller one which was £1200. I waited nearly a month to be refunded the difference of the cheaper fire and the flue/spigot. Had to call and chase my money and was told wouldn’t offer flue for free as was only on offer on the £799 fire. So I bought a far more expensive fire and had to pay for the flue!!!!

Hi Tracy Thank you for your review. You were offered a free pipe with the stove that you wanted to purchase when you visited our store. You left the store and decided to purchase a different stove via our website which didn't include a free pipe. After we had delivered your stove you then realised that you had made a mistake and ordered a stove which was too big. We returned the same day and swopped the stove that you had chosen for a smaller stove at our cost and let you off the collection charge as it was Christmas. We had to wait for you to call with your card details in order to refund the difference in price between the two stoves neither of which ever included a free pipe. We are sorry you feel disappointed that we only refunded you the difference between the stove you ordered and the one to asked us to exchange it for. Hopefully you now understand the reason that we could not.

We didn't have the best start as i ordered online and chose the delivery date to then get a phone call to say it was a bank holiday and they couldnt deliver - the system should have been updated to show this. Then i was told the fire wasnt in stock and they would have to wait for the supplier to reopen. However, I still give them 5 stars as Paul did then keep me updated and delivered as soon as they had it in stock. We havent set the fire up yet but we are very happy with the quality

I came across All About Living when looking to purchase a new fire online. I contacted the shop twice and found the service to be outstanding. The people I spoke to really listened and took their time to give me the right support and help needed. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Flavel Romance gas fire from this company, when I put the order in it stated delivery would be in approximately 3-4 days, but then got a call from them stating it would take longer. Nevertheless I was ok with this, then get a call from them saying it would be delivered at the original specified time which was great. After the installation of the gas fire were were very happy as the performance exceeded our expectations, the gas fire is super powerful and energy efficient. I would highly recommend this gas fire my previous gas fire was also a Flavel, a brand which is reliable, reputable and oozes quality. Thank you All About Living for making this a pleasant transaction.

We bought the fire after much research on similar products. The same day as placing the order, an advisor phoned me and asked if we could take delivery the following day. We were delighted at an early delivery. We love the fire!

I bought an Evonic stove from this company in autumn 2024. Firstly, delivery was significantly delayed. When the stove was finally delivered in December it came with a broken door. I am still waiting for the replacement parts to be delivered >4 weeks later.

Hi Jacqueline Thanks for your review. The day you placed your order you were happy to wait until we could deliver your fire to your home in Edinburgh which did cause a delay. The door wasn’t broken or damaged but had the wrong Perspex fitted at the factory, it took longer than normal for your new Perspex to be delivered due to Evonic closing down to 2 weeks over Christmas. The issue with the Perspex was unfortunately out of our control but I can obviously understand your frustration with the delay. It’s good to know that you have now received your new perspex window and are enjoying your new fire

Have not unpacked our electric fire yet as room is not finished. Pleased with our purchase from all about living, good price and speedy delivery. Appreciated it being delivered in their own van and not a careless courier.
