“I asked for a sample of Rhino floor covering in a tile pattern. I was particularly interested to see the mock joint in order to judge if it looked like real tiles but the sample i received did not include the joint so i am no wiser. It does look a hard wearing floor covering though”
“Ordered samples, chased a week later by phone and sent email of original request as they hadn't arrived. Another week gone by and still no samples. 2 weeks on and no samples so I placed an order elsewhere.”

Contacted me to say 1 of the 3 boxes of laminate flooring was opened but not missing anything and was it still ok to ship them to me. This was fine. What they failed to tell me however was the other 2 boxes were damaged on the corners from being dropped and the all the laminate boards had chipped corners”
“We ordered our samples online and they came..so then we called up the sales team which u had to leave a message then within half hour had a phonecall from a sales man's personal phone called Martin...We said we'd ring back the day after when we knew the code as we were out. Rang the sales man's phone which he said we could do and been ignored and even left a message and still nothing
Wouldn't recommend this company very disappointed we will be taking our custom elsewhere”
“Initially fixed a delivery date a week ahead so I made plans to lift old carpet and get new one fitted. Then the day before delivery I get an email that it is delayed for 3-4 weeks. They are hanging on to money though! Will have to do much better to get my orders for carpet for the rest of the house.”
“Very impressed with the sales service I received and even when I contacted them regarding changing the telephone number to my mobile I received a very quick response.
With regards to the delivery extremely disappointed, I called to give my mobile number so they could contact me regarding when delivery was being made I never received that call and when I contact them I find out the delivery person had left it with a neighbour from which I had to collect I start to wonder why did I pay £20.00 delivery when I had to carry it across the street to my own home.
This was my first time using this company and due to the delivery it think it maybe the last, wouldn't recommend.”
