I actually listen to this customers voice mail and i'm going to tell the truth, It was so patronising and plainly ignorant that i decided i didn't want to send the replacement "free sample" . We spend hours on cutting and posting samples , over 300 a week at the moment and why would we not send them ?
Not rude at all, But I wont be told by a potential customer that 21 free samples is acceptable, and that we should improve our photographs. We are inexpensive because of the volumes we sell. and most customers are able to select from our site with the photographs and free samples we provide.
