“Very bad, ordered a carpet and had to return it due to wrong size.
I was told that a return would not be possible due to the following reason:
If it had been bigger than 4.00 in length we can normally arrange a return to supplier but they wont on cuts smaller than 4.00.
I spent £128 and was offering to pay for the delivery costs but still they refused
Bad service and false information in the return section”
Very Disappointed to read this review, The customer had the carpet for three weeks then decided she had ordered it too big, But it was only 3.00 mtrs x 4.00 which unfortunately no manufacturer will take back as its a very small remnant. The terms are clear and all carpets are cut from large rolls therefore they are custom made. We have only had a couple of occasions where wrong sizes where ordered each time we were able to exchange with no surcharge at all.

Really sorry to read this but its incorrect. the customer ordered three sets once only, and i'm afraid they had to wait four hours for a return phone call, then left a review in the mean time !
so sorry about this, we dispatch hundreds weekly via second class royal mail. we do send a email to show when its been dispatched and a follow up email one week later. If we were informed at this stage we would of gladly sent out another free sample
We received the order on the 8th and delivered to the customer on the 15th ?? Thats five working days. i did explain we send out an order confirmation, followed by an email once the carpet is scheduled for delivery . It says on the site clearly how we work.

Sorry to hear this, a simple email and we would of instantly resent another set, this is not a frequent occurrence but post does seem to go missing at times.

Hi Miss Vicki, we are sorry you haven't received the samples we sent, we send over two hundred a week and some go missing. but we've never received a message or email requesting another set.

“I did order some carpet for a client through All Floor Express, and got a wrong product delivered. No call to apologise, I had to rebook a second delivery myself, which took 2 weeks, and still not a single word from them. This company clearly has no customer service at all, they never did returned any of my calls. I am extremely disapointed, I will never use them again and will stongly advise potential customers to stay away from All Floor Express.”

It is a lot of hassle trying to get hold of the fitter who keeps postponing and has not once initiated any contact or given us a date. It is definitely one of the poorest service we have ever received and we will definitely not return to the retailer.”
No Denial at all Michaela, our fitter let us down with your job, we tried and pushed. so sorry for the service you have received and we are currently looking for more fitters and quoting 3 weeks for London fittings.

i shall not lower myself to reply to your stupidity. The rug was delivered three doors down from your own be mistake.Yet you expected a new rug to be sent !!! I'm pleased to say of the hundreds of carpets fitted or delivered by ourselves we have been highly recommended by several customers for repeat business. Martin
