What went right?! Well done to the customers who have managed to get a reply/refund where applicable. How did you manage that?! A significant number of other customers seem to have been treated very badly.

Received an email saying that my order won't be delivered due to a problem with PayPal - try to contact them to use an alternative way to pay stay on the phone over a hour... do not buy anything from them!

Terrible quality products and service. Do not buy from these people. The sideboard we purchased came flat packed and 23 out of 24 parts were scratched, dented and damaged. On trying to return the product it’s impossible to get in touch with them, and when they did eventually respond, they kept fobbing us off. Requested a refund in the end but again this was not forthcoming. Months down the line we had to go through our credit card company to get our money back. Terrible customer service.

Product I ordered is damaged. Phone to tell the company to ask for a return and a new item delivered but the person on the other end did not appear interested in helping me out and said someone would be in contact. I'm still waiting to be contacted which is a complete joke as this is something which should of been fixed straight away. I am now oit of pocket with a product I can't use and there doeant appear to be any help from the retailer in getting this resolved. I wish I'd read the other reviews about the company before purchasing. I advise anyone to avoid using this company as both the customer service and their products are terrible.

This company is shocking. I have been chasing my order for 2 months. No-one answers emails. You can't get past a receptionist to speak to someone. They promise to call you back and never do. I now have the hassle of recovering my money via the credit card company. This is not a company to do business with.

Ordered £900+ worth of furniture. It never turned up. Contacted 3 times for answers, each time I was told they would look into it and call me back that day. On the final fourth call I told them to forget it and to refund my money. A week later...no refund or email to acknowledge my request. Been on hold for 15 minutes to chase up the refund! Do not use this company, not worth the hassle!!!

I order 8 chairs from this business. It did not get delivered after 15 days. When I call them they just saying they have no update and can't even say what happened to the order. Worst purchase experience, customer service and overall business I have dealt with. If you want to get rid of your money and get nothing for it buy from allure furnishing

Poor service table has arrived with 2 huge splits in the top. Filled in form took pictures 5 days later still waiting for a response. Cannot believe this company has zero customer service but asks for reviews!!!!

At first we thought great price of the item. Until I got an email saying because my postcode was ab41 we had to pay £45 for delivary almost the same price as the item itself when I asked if there was a free delivary I was just told no. We were then given a refund without even asking for one. Shocking customer service I will NEVER recommend or use this company again.

Had trouble paying for the item, wouldn't accept any method of payment except PayPal.. Finally the order went through, I had to email to ask for confirmation. Once confirmed I was told that the item would be delivered on Friday via corrier. I received a email on Thursday to say that my item had be left the depot and was on its way. Friday comes and I have yet another email, one from PayPal to say the money had been refunded and the other from the company saying that my item was out of stock until November!!!! What a mess. Now the company has asked for me to rate their service!!

I contacted Allure furnishing many times the service absolutely atrocious they kept saying they'd get the manager to ring me back and he never ever did I never had a phone call back until I threatened and with solicitors and I contacted my bank to get the money Returned because I never received the goods and they could be done for fraud then all of a sudden they decided to send it by UK Mail in the post the following day. I would not order for this company again and no one ever phone you back and they promise you they will and they don't it's actually atrocious company do not buy from them big big mistake

They are unrelaible, iresponsive and ignorance. I purchased an item for next day delivery but never recieved anything. I contacted them a few times but no response at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We are having to take the to the Small Claims Court and here's why: We purchased a very basic bed from Allure Furnishing, to meet our budget. - so we knew what to expect in terms of the end product and we are extremely happy with the bed. However... the end panels of this bed were very slightly damaged, with the paint missing and chipped. This was not apparent before opening the packaging, otherwise we would have obviously not signed for it with the courier. We took photos of the damage and sent it via email to the service department right away. It has taken them on average 48 - 36 hours to respond to every email - in which they say that unless we had taken photos of the damaged packaging (of which there was no sign) we will not be sent replacement parts. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now.We are not looking to change our order, we are happy with the bed - we just want the items that were paid for, yet damaged on route / in the warehouse, to be replaced. After repeated efforts to get this resolved and being made to feel that we are being fraudulent, we have no choice but to take this to the Small Claims Court, when it could so easily have been solved with a bit of decent / normal after sales servicing. Shameful.

We clearly state in our Frequently asked Questions page the following information to be sent to us on any damage :- 8. Q - My item has arrived damaged what should I do? A - Please ensure if the package was damaged in transit you have signed for it as damaged please read Receiving Your Delivery on the Delivery Information page. Email us at customerservices@allurefurnishing.co.uk with the following information:- Images of the damaged part Damaged part number your order number Images of the outer packaging of damaged item For parts not damaged in transit (manufacturing faults) we still require the details above. Unfortunately this customer has not provided us with the information we have stated and has threatened us with negative reviews if we do not give into his demands. We have told him this on several occasions we have a process that must be followed as does any business and when we have specifically requested images of the outer packaging which is stated above, we were told this had been taken to recycling. Without this it cannot be determined if this was actually damaged in transit as the customer is claiming or if it was damaged after receipt during assembly. No decision has been made on this claim yet it is still in the process as we have told this customer, but as it was not completed within his given time frame (24 hours) he has chosen to take this route.

Due to the bank holiday my delivery took longer than it should have, this could not be helped, but all my furniture arrived today so I am really happy. It was packed well, the delivery men were polite and courteous asking me where I would like the furniture to be placed. All in all a great outcome. Thank you Allure Furnishings.
