The order contained two chests of drawers (which come in 2 boxes each) and a bookcase, but only one chest of drawers and the bookcase were delivered, ie 3 boxes, and it took a month of phonecalls and emails for the company to send out the other chest of drawers on the basis that they had delivered 3 things as per the order. Each customer services employee was polite and apologetic every time I called, but I am disappointed that it was not sorted out sooner and nobody returned my calls and emails. However, I like the chests of drawers and the price is competitive so I attempted to purchase more chests of drawers as required, but the website returned an error message and I was unable to complete the transaction. I am sorry, but I just don't have time for this.

I ordered the bed to be delivered on Friday as we had a guest staying with us over the weekend. My wife took the day off work to receive it. We then received a text message from the courier notifying us of the delivery the following Monday. After calling 3 times to discuss (and emailing), nobody got back to us to advise why the delivery date could not be met. Complete lack of care and communication.

I chose a certain day for my goods to be delivered (as I work shifts) stayed in all day for them not to arrive, they did arrive the following day but was unhappy as I'd worked a night shift and was woken up at 10:45am to receive the goods

My order was delivered to the wrong address and was refused. I managed to find out where the attempted delivery was made and e-mailed your company with the correct delivery address. The order was then re-scheduled for Monday. The order did not arrive so I thought I would go to the incorrect delivery address and see if they had tried to deliver it there again. Luckily some kind person accepted the order so I was able to have the order. I have not yet unpacked or assembled the furniture as I am waiting for my re-decoration to be completed but if the delivery is anything to go by I do not hold out much hope. I could have accepted the initial mistake but after e-mailing the correct delivery address, which was pointless, I remain totally unimpressed. Thanks, Dissatisfied.

Poor communication: I have been attempting to change a delivery date for three days. Your email and even customer service have proven to be pointless.

My delivery did not turn up! I rang and was told orders had not been processed and the person would look into it and call me back. Didn't do that. Not heard anything further so no idea when it may arrive. I stayed in all day.

Paid next day delivery but only half turned up. Spent a long time trying to get it sorted with poor customer service

I received notification of delivery to be made Friday 18 August, thie failed to happen. i then had to ring your chosen courier to arrange the delivery myself. as of 11.30 Monday 21 August the product not yet arrived

Dont buy unless you're 100% sure. What they don't mention is though you have your cancellation rights and can refund the items - however you will be charged £40 postage and packaging to return anything.

The self assembly aspect of this item leaves a lot to be desired. It's too complicated and time consuming even for an accomplished diy-er! Also you should not be offering incentives for positive reviews!!

The reason why we are offering incentives for customers to come back and leave positive reviews is because we have found when customers are happy with their products they tend not to prioritise leaving a review which is totally the opposite if they have had a poor experience they want to let people know, we simply want to encourage them to share the good too. I ordered 2 side tables I'm still waiting on the second one arriving got first one about a week ago I'm not saying it's your fault but it's certainly not mine I've paid for the tables a while ago now
