“I had ordered the wrong colour for a tv unit I purchased, I sent a couple of emails they didn't respond as quickly as I thought but they did respond in time before my delivery. I had notifications of when my item would arrive which was great and it arrived when they said it would. I had read some poor reviews but overall they were good and I would purchase from them again”

“Really good. Nice products but I wish you would deliver on the arranged day. This is the second time that products I've ordered have shown up a day late with no apology or explanation. I suspect it's your courier being lazy so have a word!”

“Due to the bank holiday my delivery took longer than it should have, this could not be helped, but all my furniture arrived today so I am really happy. It was packed well, the delivery men were polite and courteous asking me where I would like the furniture to be placed. All in all a great outcome. Thank you Allure Furnishings.”

“I had seen some dining chairs online. Allure were the only company that offered next day delivery. Although the order was placed on a bank holiday weekend, the order had processed fine. I later discovered I had under ordered - after a few emails and a phone call - the order was rectified and the chairs arrived the following day.”
