Delivery problems with carrier used by Allure, did not arrive when first agreed. No feedback from Aĺlure personnel when I contacted them, although they promised to do so. I had to resolve delivery issue myself with agreement with carriers.

I've only just received the Mayo Bedroom Set a couple of days ago and I have assembled the 4 Drawer Chest and the 2 Door Wardrobe so far. They look good and the price was reasonable so no complaints.

The bed I ordered was great. Customer service not so good as they ignored my email.

I haven't built the bed that we ordered yet but the delivery took place on the correct day after we had asked to rearrange the original day. However, delivery was 3 hours late with no notice, the driver didn't understand what I was saying to him and in the end he left the parcels directly in front of our garage so we couldn't open it. Not brilliant on actual delivery.

Love the Talia chairs I received. BUT, while the company carries on using Mail UK, I will NOT order anything else, although there are a few items I really like. Delivery by Mail UK was a total nightmare. 3 delivery dates given, whilst I stayed at home to receive, and none of those dates did I have a delivery. The 4th date I eventually received. Not good for this company.

Well the item didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to however it did come the following day and contrary to other reviews, it was in perfect condition and customer services to answer very quickly on Facebook.

The reason why we could not give you a better review rating was on the day the delivery was due my wife cancelled an appointment to ensure she would be at home to receive the package, only to find out at the end of the day that the said package was not in the hands of the delivery people, even though we had paid you for express delivery, we spoke to your office and were told that you would look into the problem and ring us back, but you never did, some cock up there on your part, the contents of the package when it did arrive were spot on and just right for the job we required it for.

very cheap in price. Quick delivery. Massive dint in product (single day bed) metal was bent and scuffed with sharp bits sticking out. Where it had put into packaging with no care. Have emailed a complaint but had no response. Had that not have Happened the product would have been perfect.

The product itself is exactly as expected, no problems. However, I ordered on Wednesday, due to the time of day next day delivery should have been Friday, this was reasonable and I received no communication to suggest that it wouldn't be Friday. Mid morning Friday and I had received no notification of delivery I called Allure. No one was available to speak with me but I was assured someone would call me back. Nothing by 3pm so I called back, again promised a call back. I received an email at 3.30pm saying item wasn't going to be delivered and blamed courier company; notification would have been nice! Initially the wrong item was delivered, again communication not great but eventually 8 days after ordering I received the item I had ordered. Hopefully I was just unlucky in that this was an exception to the service Allure Furnishing provide and not the rule.

Unfortunately due to a missed collection by the carrier this order was collected from our warehouse a day late by the carrier on the 7th as opposed to the 6th of April which was a Friday, it was then delivered on Monday the 10th April as deliveries are not carried out over the weekend. The item was shipped incorrectly by the warehouse for which we can only apologise but was rectified once alerted. Thank you for your feedback it is much appreciated. Our communications did require improvement and has been and continues to be. We have live chat on our system 7 days a week and phones are manned 6 days a week now. We do still require damages and missing parts clams by email in order to minimise errors when messages are being passed.

The furniture was great. Really good quality and my kids love the bunk bedsbeds but their communication was really bad. Direct contact is only available by email and I didn't have one phone call back when I contacted their switchboard several times. Delivery was late but I don't know whether that was allure or XPD

We can only apologise for the lack of communication and have recently made improvements to our customer support team 12/05 and hope this will provide a better experience for our customers. With regards delivery we are constantly aiming to improve the levels of service provided by our business partners but ultimately the control we have over the service they deliver on our behalf is limited. Not very happy, bought 4 corona headboards, unpacked the first one and it snapped, very flimsy, not good quality at all
