“Hi, i am complaining about some scammers, i was scammed $230,000 which is my life future saving that i invested it to this company, i was told to mail their support because i have a pending withdrawal which i did , along the line there Freeze my account and there didn't offer me the help which i ask for after sending them all there want and then i was so worried and depressed, I couldn't bear it with my self anymore because i don't want to die of inner pain,so i decided to share it online, and that was how i came across a company which is called recovery investment lost funds, so i decide to take a try to see if there can help me, by then i feel so worried again because of the intrusion there gave no me, because i never wanted to fall into any activities that has to do with scam,so i said let me give it a try and i do what there requested, and everything goes well for me, All thanks to Mrs,Morris Meihua. for helping me recover all the money that i invested and i was so courageous and happy.You can contact them if you are having any problem on your investment website or finding it so difficult for you to withdraw your money from any broker which you have invested your money on,there are so fast and reliable, there can help you out. “Avoid their manipulative strategies and think about other options that put your financial security first. Being in a difficult financial situation and having nowhere to turn when my request to withdraw was denied made it evident that I couldn't manage projects successfully. I then got in touch with C O N C E P T S T R D / C O M after learning about them. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they helped me resolve my financial problems by helping me obtain back both my profit and what I had lost in a matter of days.”

“Same as many . Promised a refund on a flexible booking . To be with me in 10 to 15 working days . After 3 months enough . I will now be seeking legal advice . My advice . Do not use alpha rooms.”

“Booked a hotel with these charlatans last year, but had to cancel due to covid regulations. Said they would give me a refund but they never did! Do not use this company!”

“Booked a holiday in 2019 couldn't go due to covid so rang them and got a credit note its valid until April 2022 but alpha rooms are gone now and I've tried every phone number i can find but no success can't even find an email address we would like to get a refund but don't think we are going to get one .”

“Booked holiday 8/2/2020 paid 841.15 by credit card, I am still trying to get my money back. We are 2 pensioners and would love to holiday in Ireland as we will not go abroad. It is affecting our health now but I refuse to give up.”

“I think my wife and myself have been lucky. Booked through Alpharooms last year and managed to get a 4 week holiday for £330. Apartment was very nice and never had any problems. Booked through Alpharooms again this year and managed to find a 3 week holiday for £505. On the 6th morning we was told the holiday had been cancelled. Spent all morning on the phone to Alpharooms and was told they will refund our money. The hotel said they will honour the price and we can keep our room. (It worked out £47 cheaper) 3 days later Alpharooms paid us in full.”

“Do not book with this company got to Cyprus today to find out they cancelled my booking without informing me had to pay again for taxes and hotel they have said they will refund me no refund yet DO NOT BOOK”

“Alpha rooms have owed me nearly £600 for nearly two years and after endless phone calls and promises of a refund I still have had NOTHING!!! Disgusting customer service and I would advice everyone to NEVER use this company, they are crooks and liars.😡🤬👿”

“Avoid at all cost, they cancelled our hotel room 5 days before due date and the price is now double. Liars and thieves. Now have to wait for 28 days to get a refund for a hotel I’m supposed to be at in 5 days. Unprofessional, wish I had found this website earlier.”

“Finally issued a refund after waiting over 18 months. I had to issue small claims court order via HMS tribunals and would advise customers awaiting refund to do so. It costs £70 and shouldn’t have to be done, but they do not seem to have any intention to refund unless this course of action is taken.”

“WARNING DO NOT USE ALPHA ROOMS we are in Spain on our 4th day out of 7 we have been refused access to our rooms as the hotel has not been paid phoned Alpharooms only to be transferred numerous times then told someone will contact us in 15 min no call back and now closed until tomorrow we have had to pay over £1600 to get into our rooms as we have to disabled people who required there medication totally disgusting what this so called company has done nothing but cowboys”

“Wouldn’t give any stars😡😡😡, but to write a review you have to select one! What a laugh the options below for refund is how hard was it getting a refund ? How long did the refund take YET AGAIN no options to say STILL WAITING 😡😡😡 Like the hundreds off previous reviews, I am still waiting on a refund. Loads of emails and phone calls. Don’t know if this is allowed but can we all get together and take out legal action against this company?”

“Do not use this company. Having had our trip cancelled last year due to Covid, they are refusing to issue a refund. They have issued a credit note which states that we can claim for a cash refund if we wish, but they have flatly refused on three occasions to honour this. It also now seems impossible to contact them by phone. Avoid at all costs.”
