"Absolutely terrible experience with Amazon India, and this is coming from a former Amazon Prime customer.\r\n\r\nI ordered pillow covers on 29th March and received cheap, completely unrelated towels. Fine\u2014mistakes happen. I requested a replacement. What did Amazon do? Sent an even worse item (a blanket) on 31st March, which I refused to accept.\r\n\r\nThen began the real nightmare.\r\n\r\nI requested a refund the same day. The wrong item was picked up on 2nd April, and I was told to wait until 15th April. After waiting patiently, I followed up on 20th April, only to be told that my refund was denied because the \u201cwrong item was returned.\u201d\r\n\r\nLet that sink in\u2014Amazon sends the wrong product, and then blames the customer for returning the wrong item.\r\n\r\nEven after multiple calls, the response was the same scripted delay: \u201cwait 4\u20135 more days.\u201d No accountability, no urgency, no ownership of their mistake.\r\n\r\nCustomer support was equally frustrating\u2014rather than resolving the issue, they focused on repeating policies and delaying action. It felt like the burden was being pushed onto me for an error that was entirely Amazon\u2019s.\r\n\r\nFor a company that promotes itself as customer-centric, this experience was shockingly poor.\r\n\r\nI\u2019ve now cancelled my Prime membership and closed my account, and I won\u2019t be using Amazon again."

"I am an Amazon prime member from last few years in 2 countries (India $ US). I have placed an order on Amazon.in (order number: 407-7784428-8405169) which was rudely cancelled by courier man (maybe it is heavy). Then I ordered another item on 31 mar which suppose to receive by 2nd April. However it is not delivered yet and getting rescheduled on every day with new OTP. It is very frustrating especially for prime member, I think I wasted my money in prime membership."
