Erst danach habe ich Erfahrungsberichte im Internet recherchiert, wie dumm. Es kam weder eine E-mail, die meinen Kauf in irgendeiner Form bestätigte, noch Rückmeldung auf meine Anfragen via Kontaktformual auf der Seite. Telefon kann man gleich vergessen. Service also gleich Null... ich muss wohl ausgehen das meine Ware nicht mehr kommt, hoffe es aber dennoch. SEHR SEHR ÄRGERLICH & NIE WIEDER!”
“Did not receive order, it was only when I enquired (twice) that I was told it was damaged in transit. All this took three weeks from date of initial order. System should be in place whereby American Soda proactively tell me my order is not arriving.”

“It's a great site and I managed to get some stuff for my sister and myself that we can't get here. It arrived pretty fast and postage costs weren't too bad.
Half of the stuff I ordered was crushed, but it's understandable that it's from another country. I'm also receiving a lot of spam emails since buying from here from unknown companies saying I can claim compensation, and winning £500 vouchers from supermarkets. I think it's from the page after I paid and entered my details. I've unsubscribed from most of them but I'm still getting 2-4 a day ;___;”
“Packaging was terrible so all my cans of drink were dented. Both emails to contact the company didn't work so I had to call. Was asked to email to another email address which again I had no response from so I had to call again. In conclusion the company stated that the drinks inside were not affected by the dents!!!! Not very nice when you are giving them as gifts and have paid good money for them!
I was refunded just £1.10, my order total was over £26.”
