“There was such a wide range of good to choose from at very reasonable prices(for American imported food). The whole order was dispatched and delivered far quicker than I had anticipated, which was great - and the free delivery threshold was surprisingly low. However, my one criticism would be the website is not particularly user friendly - especially if you want to add more of one item as for some sections this can only be done at the checkout stage, and I found I had inadvertently only ordered one of certain items whereas I had meant to order more.”

“I just received the parcel I ordered. Whilst I am mainly pleased with the products, I have to say I am disappointed that two of the items received, Jiffy Pop Butter pop corn and Goldfish Flavour Blasted snacks are both out of date, the Pop Corn has a BBE date of October 19th 2016. As these were bought as gifts, an am now unable to give these two items. Also I do seem to have any order confirmation email which would of been nice. Good selection on website and reasonable delivery time, let down by the issues highlighted.”

“I ordered something as a gift on a Monday night. I needed the items by Thursday, so I paid £6.99 for next day delivery. I was aware that this wouldn't be processed until Tuesday, but that would have still been fine, as I would have got it next day Wednesday. I called American Soda on Wednesday to find out what had happened to my order. There was no answer so I left a message. No one called me back. When Thursday came and I still had not received my goods. I called American Soda again. I explained. My situation and was told that my order was still with them. I was extremely disappointed. I was given a half hearted apology and told that my order would be with me the next day and I would be refunded the difference in delivery costs. Therefore I would only be charged £3.99 delivery. This made me extremely angry. I felt that American Soda's customer service was appalling!!!!! Not only had they fudged my order but on top of that they still had the audacity to charge me delivery costs. I will not be using this company again. Shoddy!”
