“I just received my order (number 500026943) and was quite disappointed. the main reason I order from your shop, were the lucky charms (which I got a refund for, since they were not avaible AFTER I completed my order). If I would have know earlier, I would have waits with my order, because I have to pay 10€ for shipping...
All candy and chocolate bars were mushed and broken, since they have been just throw into the big box and one of the cheetos packets was open and cheetos were spilled everywhere.
since your goods are very high priced (I know, import...) I would have thought that you would wrap them up better.
I wanted to order stuff from you on a regular basis, but will have to rethink that.

“Ordered on sunday, it said 3-5 days, came in 4 days to a different country. Undamaged delivery, no problems, no lies. Can recommend and will probably order again someday.”
“I ordered the candy which arrived in 2 days. The quality was good, nothing was out of date but if the website had listed the size of items it would be 5 stars. The size of some of the candies were tiny and hardly more than 1 mouthful!

Leider waren sowohl die Megaload Peanutbutter Cups abgelaufen (und schmeckten nicht mehr) und auch die Cheetos Chips müssen umgehend verzehrt werden, weil sie binnen weniger Tage ablaufen. “Unfortunately, i have made two orders in the last two weeks, and both have appeared to have gone wrong. After the first order i made, i was told promptly that all my items had been shipped, but i only received one of those items. I emailed to see what had happened, and i was told the other items were out of stock. I would not have known this if i hadn't emailed to follow it up, also the items still appeared as "in stock" on the website. I feel this has happened again on my order i placed last week, as i was told they were all shipped around 5 days ago and havent received them yet. I didnt want to have to complain as i have made many orders over the past years, and have never ever had any problems before and have received items very swiftly every other time.”
“Everything was great. I would suggest including a gift option at checkout. I had to email customer service to keep the receipt out of the package and just include a small note and they were amazing and accomdating but the option would probably your lives easier and as well as ours!”
