“Appalling service, over charged for postage which I needed to call and have refunded. To date I have still not received my order. I emailed you on Monday 15th Feb 2016 to ask for a refund and I still have had no reply from your company. Would not recommend ordering from you in the future. Horrific customer service.”

“On my Order from 05.02.16 which arived on 10.02.16 where missing the cheetos crunchy canister, sour patch, slush dip n lick, hersheys creme bar i tried to contact you but the costumer e-mail adress didn't work and calling from germany would be to expensive. I really loved the products which came but i want the missing products to be delivered with my new order from 14.02.16 because i paid for them and its not fair that they missed on my last order”

“Loved the cream soda as usual and the Cheetos were tasty. Only felt let down by the shoddy service and apparent inability to communicate between staff members. Next day delivery doesn't mean 6 days later. Wish this company would learn that.”

“I order quite a few things off here and I was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I got a couple of glass items in my order and the packaging was very good, none of the bottles were touching. Overall I am very pleased with American Soda 100%”

“I paid for my items on Feb 4th and 10 days later I was asked for feedback on the service I received. I was advised that my items would arrive within 3-5 working days from purchase. It is now 10 days later and I have received nothing through the post, nor and notification/correspondence on the matter until an email asking for a review.”
