“I found the site easy to use, with the only problem being not ordering one of almost everything!
Being from the East Coast, Philadelphia, many of the products seem to be from other areas of the US and wouldn't be ones that I would be use to eating/using so I tend to only order 'East Coast' products.
Some of the products I would like to see would be PEEPS, TASTYKAKES and HIRES ROOT BEER or BIRCH BEER., LAYS POTATO CHIPS.
This is the only drawback I can see. Being away you learn to accept second choices. Thank you for the site and ability to order anything at all.”
“American Soda is great for tastes from the states and makes me feel less homesick. The only thing is that they are a bit expensive for some items as some of the items you can buy at ASDA for half the price.
Overall I'm pleased with American Soda and the service they provide, and keeping a little bit of the States here in the UK.

“Courier left my order outside in the rain and the order was unusable.
Contacted customer support expecting an apology and a replacement but ended up in a long email exchange, had to send pictures as evidence and then support said they hadn't received pictures so had to resend several times and to different emails.
In the end I opened a PayPal dispute to get a refund.
Very disappointing service and a tremendous hassle for an order that cost £8.
Can't recommend the company and can't rate the product because it was unusable.”

“My sodas were all bumped even though there wasn't any visual damages to the box itself, wich to me means that you sent me bumped soda. It also says that it should be delivered with UPS and not ordinary mail. I had to get my package 30min away from my house because it wasn't sent with UPS”
“I really like the whole thing but I think for it to be better there could be new things coming in maybe like every month because looking at the same things may be boring from time to time”
