In meinem Paket haben die beiden bestellten Twix Artikel gefehlt, abgebucht haben Sie diese aber, das ist inakzeptabel und ich werde das Geld über die Bank asap zurückholen wenn ich keine Info bis Montag von Ihnen bekomme!!

My main concern was, the items I ordered were meant to be a surprise as part of my boyfriend's birthday present, but unfortunately the surprise was ruined as the items had been packed in a 'red vines' box as the outer packaging. This meant my boyfriend knew where the package was from and also knew pretty much what was inside!”
