“Did not receive product. The delivery address was entered in wrong during checkout and CS was not able to correct the issue befor the parcel left the house. The information about the wrong adress came within minutes of the order via email and was not processed or acknowledged. very poor/not existing service.”

“Due to a system error, my order took far longer to process than originally mentioned. Customer Service replied immediately to my query, and ensured that my order was processed and delivered next day. Unfortunately, I've been shorted one item, although it was marked on the packaging list, and paid for. Will use this company again, just a small glitch on this order. First problem out of 3 total orders, so pleased overall.”

“The products are very good I have received from them . Your shop offers me the possibility us and uk products over here to import to Germany with no need for a huge operate because I not have the money to travel in the usa you give me the opportunity to American way of life , a piece by Germany to Get xD its translate with goole translater i hope you understand it a little ;)”

“I'm very happy that I've found this store. I was searching for years for a root-beer dealer. Scrolling through the products I realised that there are quite a lot of products out of stock like chewing gums and hot sauces. I hope that this is not the usual case. Overall: I'll come back an buy more.”

“Wrong delivery goods! No answer after registering my complaint. I'm very angry because ordered products are payed and I did'nt received anything of these! That's very annoyingly and my money is lost. (?)”
