“I didn't receive my order yet. According to DHL the parcel is damaged and cant't be delivered. This is the second time I ordered something on your side and didn't receive my order due to poor packaging. And I don't like to be the piggy in the middle to solve this. “5 minutes after I placed my order I immediately called and left a message as well as sent an email to let American soda that I wanted to change my order by deleting some of the items listed. This is due to the fact that when I was looking for other items on Amazon, I saw the same items for almost £5 less and next day delivery due to my Amazon Prime membership. I did not receive a call back or a reponse for my email. The items just arrived several days after. I am therefore not satisfied with the service and how mh request has been (or rather has not been ) handled .”

“I'm happy with American Soda and what they have to offer as I have ordered from them before, the only let down is when trying to order certain products, they always seem to be sold out and have to send notifications to know when they are back. But it seems you wait a very long time before or maybe don't come back on for months. Even if they are popular, can something be done so American Soda stock enough as they know this is on going situation. Apart from this happening quite often, I do enjoy places my orders, especially the baking products. Also the delivery part is very good, Thank you American Soda.”
“Liked bugles from a trip to the US. Great delivery - no issues there but had fresher tasting snacks than these . Sell by date was in two months time which explains why they were a tad soggy and not their best . Price was competitive . The corn muffin mix box looked a bit old ... Delivery was prompt so full marks for tht .”
